  • Disappointed

It has potential but I cant justify paying for a subscription when half their workouts don’t have videos, photos or descriptions of the exercise and how to prepare your machine properly. Disappointed, especially since the machine was $3000. Surely they can afford to update their app.
  • :(

Really disappointed that I can’t use the app to track resistance and rides anymore without an active subscription.
  • Even the clock doesn’t work

I do a 30 minute warm up cycling in the morning, and the clock is always off a small amount compared to my clock and Apple Watch. But, if you switch to a different app and come back at the end, the 30 minute workout shows about 27 minutes on the app. I’m sure this means the other data is garbage, too.

  • If you bought the bike for this app, return it

The bike itself is great. This app is totally non functional. Need to get in a 30 minute workout? Go ahead and add another 10-15 minutes just waiting for the class to load, only for it to stall and buffer later. Total waste of money on the bike if the companion app is non functional. No way will I pay for this once the free trial is up. Shame on inspire. What a shoddy effort.

  • Can’t sign into app

Nowhere on the app can you create a new account so I went onto the website and created an account. I also updated my info and changed my password. I’ve tried to sign into the app now numerous times info to be told my email is not recognized. Yes, I verified my account. My wife used this app after a one year free trial with the purchase of their stationary bike. She used it for one week before deleting it and paying for the peloton app due to constant crashes and low budget “trainers” on their videos.

So one star because I can’t access the dumb thing. They sure can push pop up messages though! Financing is available at $3500!! Work on the little things first guys. Hopefully your functional trainer and bike is a better product than your app.

  • Very slow to load and missing exercises

I’ve noticed after all the updates they’ve done in the last month the app is now really slow to load. Now all of a sudden if I click on the Train portion there are no exercises listed below and it is telling me they couldn’t find anything, when last week there were plenty now there’s zero. They really need to upgrade this app and make it load faster, and their contact via chat is a joke, as I tried to chat with them two or three times and it won’t even let let me send. When I click on the send button it pops up the photo attachment and some other item & wouldn’t let me send. If they’re going to charge for this they really need to fix it.

  • QuickStart workouts

I have had the bike for about two weeks, never used the classes so this is for QuickStart workouts only.

MULTIPLE of my workouts have not been saved even when I’ve clicked save. At first I thought it was user error but out of the two weeks I’ve owned the bike, an entire third of my workouts are missing. Thankfully I keep my workouts logged in other ways but it is a little annoying that they keep disappearing, especially since the mileage is what I’m focusing on. I give it three stars because it works and a year of the app came free with the bike purchase but there is absolutely no way I’d pay for the app.

  • Work in progress

I agree with other’s that we need a side angle! So simple to do! This could be an awesome alternative for those who won’t spend the crazy money for other cycle bikes and equipment; the bike itself is Awesome. Come people fix the app turn the music up and get it going!
  • Hector :)

Hector listens to all of my feedback! Thank you! I can see your team is actively working on improving the app. It is appreciated!

I really enjoy Ashley and Nicole’s Spin and Fusion classes!
I wish you offered longer yoga classes - fitness yoga, etc.
  • Not sure what all the complaining is about-

I bought the spin bike at Costco last week. I’ve been a Spinner off and on for 5 years. The app only connects to the bike via Bluetooth by spinning (cycling your legs) on the bike which it clearly says when you open the app. Live classes connect, individual workouts connect, workouts get saved. Does everything it’s supposed to!
