Great Bike
I got this Inspire IC 1.5 from Costco recently. It’s one of the most comfortable spin bikes that I have ever used. I loved the Keiser M3 at my gym and thought that was the best, but after using Inspire IC 1.5, I felt the real comfort. I could ride it for hours without feeling any discomfort from the seat. My twelve-year-old daughter loves it too. The bike can be easily adjusted to any rider's size without much effort. The app works perfectly with my iPhone connecting with the built-in Bluetooth. I could join group spin classes or ride at my own pace with the easy-to-use app. This is a great product!.Show lessMack TR

I don’t take live classes, so I can’t comment on that, but having classes available to help me learn exercises and a workout plan has been invaluable as we just bought an FT2. I love this app and use it every day. It’s really helped me get so much more out of our equipment.Ssica81
Need to work on your APP
The app crashes. I purchased in Costco the Funcional Trainer FTX, it is difficult to find exercises for beginners. You need to scroll a lot to find a beginners workout. The classes are not classified. You waste time looking for routines. Then there is no way to use the iPhone horizontally (landscape )and it is difficult to see what the trainer does so you can learn. You need to show the trainer from different angles, it is kind of dark and difficult to visualize the proper form. More angles please!! Need to have more routines for the FTX. Wish it would load.
I was excited to get a free year of access to their cycle classes. The sad part is that the on demand classes rarely work. It’s buffering or freezes during the class. I hardly ever get to complete it. I take it off WiFi and even use cellular data and it still won’t work.
I will say that the teachers are great and will push you hard. I hope this gets fixed.Show lessAlpokey
Many bugs, not easy to use
I like my inspire bike, but the app is frustrating. It is hard to locate classes. I don’t have a tablet so I can only use my phone, which is small, and the ride stats I am interested in (e.g. Rpm) are hard to see. Newest updates cause the app to crash/only show a black screen so I can’t even use the quick start function. I suggest creating a separate app for just viewing the stats so I can use at least that function when I don’t want to watch the workout videos. Please fix the bug with the newest update so I can see my ride stats!Show lessMaddyyh
Great workouts, streams fine.
The closer to your modem the better the stream. Basics of Internet connection so I find no glitching unless I’m in my basement two floors down from my modem. Even then barely have any reception issues. Workouts are great, price is fair. Love the different series from the different trainers that come through each category of equipment. I wish they loaded them up faster however so that the series timeline remains in check. These workouts have been a God-send during lockdown.Show lessbollings1975
Has potential
I bought the functional trainer from Costco, and have been using it a couple of days... a few suggestions I have for the app is to fix the many bugs when trying to fast forward or rewind workouts. Also when conducting a workout the video quality is pretty bad, along with the fact that only one angle of the trainer is shown... causes the customer to rewind multiple times to make sure their form is correct. So the take away would be to fix rewind/fast forwarding bugs, and have better quality videos with more anglesShow lessjoab3115
Classes are no longer in the app
How can I just track my stats? I like the bike but not the app or the classes! It’s very frustrating I Can’t download the app on any of the 3 devices I have and I need my phone to actually use as a phone at times while riding. I’ve been trying to find a solution for too long, to no avail! Is there a monitor they could send me so I can keep this bike if not I will be returning it for one that makes my life easier?Show lessstarcprmms
App Crashed & Needs More Latin Music
It was my 1st time using my new bike and so far so good. However, I tried doing a second class and the app crashed mid ride. The stats were gone 😒. Also, I looked for Latin theme rides and there’s only one 🙈. Darius Jackson does a great job with the only Latin class available. Please make more! And fix this issue with the app crashing ASAP. M5 and the app
First and foremost an excellent piece of equipment. Just getting used to the app and they are still adding to it. Customer support was very helpful and they acknowledge where they need to bring more to the app. Such as the ability to custom create workouts end having videos for the M5.AndrewPyleCanada
