Love the system, but…
Love the system, cameras, but the app is a different story. I love being able to see what is going on at home when I’m away until the app decides to kick me off for no reason. Good app for a while until it decides to kick users off and won’t let them sign back into their accounts, saying usernames and passwords are invalid even though info is correct. Takes numerous tries before able to get back into said account then stays signed in for at least a month or two before the cycle repeats.Show lessNot Many Coins

Please fix horizontal view after recent update
Love the app and makes it very convenient to view cameras wherever I’m at, but after the recent update and ios16 update i have to now manually switch to horizontal view by clicking one of the cameras and pressing the zoom option. Before update I could just auto rotate phone and it would automatically go into that view. Please make an update to bring back that feature. Thank youShow lessMusic&soul (ios)
Awesome customer service
This is by far the best camera system I have used. Very responsive I can search pretty fast for any time and day but it’s way easier to use the motion option. It was a really affordable system as well upgraded some cameras to dome cameras which have a better resolution and great IR night vision. I had problems after a iOS update contacted support and not only got a quick response but also fix.Show lessEyei001

First week
My new ZosiSmart system is working good, the instructions could be a little more user friendly, night vision is very clear, surprisingly even in color mode, I think the picture is a little pixelated when zoomed in but I am still playing around with all the settings. I have had a couple issues with logging on the system when away, but most of the time I can get in and view the cameras, so to soon to say this is going to be a larger problem.
My camera are Poe and after they where installed I noticed that the cameras were getting very warm, I still have to climb back up and feel the surfaces to so if this is still happening. My cameras are hard wired and have very little lagging with movement on the video, Good so far.Show lessT&T321

No Support for improving Zosi Technology for End Users
The Zosi Z4 Lite system works well with clear images produced from recordings, however, there’s a problem which reduces the usefulness of the system because Zosi Technology has not included a camera function for switching a camera’s light on/off, the most you can choose is use a black and white recording, but with advertisements of clear colour recordings at night, the bright white light can prevent this. Contact with Zosi Technology representatives on this issue have not been fruitful because they block the way from making suggestions to Zosi’s software development team, and there isn’t another way for end users to offer feedback for Zosi’s improvement. Overall, buying Zosi proves to be frustrating for the Zosi customer because there is no real support, only money collection smiling.Show lessDbx237
