I’m training to be a clinical nutritionist
And needed to use and apply FODMAP’s as part of my training
1st off - having tried several other apps this was by far the best
2nd - There needs to be a bit better explanation as how to use and apply the app and the info it provides- but with a little playing around and testing it becomes clear
3rd - it’s nice and quick helps make decisions and is concise and accurate
4th- using the expand function is extremely useful for which FODMAP is In what food and it’s quantity- very useful for Low-FODMAP diet, exclusion, reintroduction & maintaining the diet
5th- I’m still using it nowShow less
