I think this is a terrific app however, the only thing I find to be somewhat annoying is that you have to log in and then log out and then log again for the facial recognition to work. Otherwise it’s fine. Thank you.
App fail
This app has been having issues. I’m unable to log into my account to pay my bill or view my balance.. it’s been months now with issues…I just now deleted it…because when I open it, it’s frozen not loading, not going anywhere, not doing anything..

O&R is Great!
Great app that is intuitive and easy to manage multiple properties. And allows you to easily select your desired payment amount. Highly recommend!

Why does the app give the solar credit and say I owe nothing but really I owe on the bill? Then get a late fee cause your app can’t keep up and they say “ oh yea you have to login online , you can’t go by what the app says”
To bad I can’t cancel orange and Rockland and go with another service.. what a scam.

App crashing
Did the update and now app just blinks and crashes. Done troubleshooting and still won’t work. Very disappointing

Got the app put in my account number phone number and it still wanted a security code which is stupid when the other information is correct but anyway when I put in the security code they sent it said doesn’t match what we sent did it 3 times copy and pasted it still says doesn’t match what was sent absolute garbage
