New is not always better
I enjoyed using the old app and paying my bill not I can’t even log on without a error message not happy that I now have to find a store to pay my bill.
Completely frustrating
No clear information. Data usage perpetually loading and has never worked. The most crucial information to mange budget totally useless. My bill “likely” was affected by random guesses such as “your bills was affected because it might have been cold” (during a warm spell, no less) is the best they can do? Provides no actual data to support these “likely” conclusions, therefore no way to manage usage. This was posted over a month ago, no response and no improvement.

Energy Usage
This app works good, but the Energy Usage feature just keeps loading and loading. It never populates the past usage.
Garbage!
This app is junk. Tried to upgrade from previous version which was a disaster. Guess you can't expect much from a utility.
