  • My Airbnb is several thousand miles from me

Because I’m a few time zones away from my Airbnb, my cleaners are my ears, eyes, and everything in between when it comes to preparing the space and having it ready for new guests. Sometimes I have same day checkout and check in with only 4 hours for a cleaner. This app takes away my concern of not having a cleaner because I can have multiple cleaners on a project ready to accept it as soon as someone instantly books. That means I can rest assured someone will be there to clean before the next guest arrives!
    It’s incredible

  • Great idea w/terrible app design

This is a great service in basic concept: customizable, reusable cleaning checklist with the ability for cleaners to add notes, photos, and feedback on items found. Unfortunately the execution of the app and website is awful: half the time the mobile app is kicking you out to a responsive mobile website, the other half it’s not fully loading or following dated user interface guidance that put non-essential app navigation as a bar at the bottom of the screen. Fix the design and usability elements and this could truly become an essential tool for STR owners.

  • No title needed

One star only because you can get someone to come in and clean ASAP.
Love the concept but there are a few things I need to talk about.
The app is pretty much useless. It’s just as useless as the person who greets you on the phone and transfers you to like sooo many people. Ever happen to you?!
What I mean is anything you need to do gets linked out to your web browser which is a waste. Why have an app that makes you log in through your browser.
When you have an issue with a cleaner turnoverbnb just gives you a FAQ to look at. If you have a specific question that is not answered they are rude and say things like “well if you have read what I sent you the answer is there”
What you want me to do? Read between the lines?
Also who ever is a cleaner doesn’t know squat about hotel, motel, or bed and breakfast cleaning.
They do a horrible job want to get paid but don’t want to fix their mistakes.
Spending so much for them to come to have to re-clean and re-dress the beds. Sounds counterintuitive to me.
I have been through 4 cleaners and paid a variety of prices and not satisfied with not even one person.
Any ways. Great app if you want to redo your bnb yourself and make it rain dollar bills.

  • Saves me a ton of work (and $$) managing my rentals!

I self-manage 3 rental properties in South Florida besides working on my full-time job and this app is like my #1 assistant!
There are so many things TurnoverBnb does automatically: it syncs my Airbnb bookings and creates cleaning projects based on my preferences and lets cleaners know exactly when they need to clean for the next guest. Notifications and in-app chat also help me communicate with my cleaner and let me know of any issues/problems that may come up.
I estimate my monthly savings in property management fees are far more than the subscription cost and my time savings is at least 15-20 hrs in planning, scheduling and communication.
    Highly recommended!

  • The best

Fantastic place to control the cleaning service
  • Excellent and user friendly!!

We own and manage 3 vacation rental and this app saves us a lot of work! Also helps limiting back and forth between our cleaners and us.

    Continue the great work

  • Pretty Unusable App

I was excited to learn of this app, but until they can get everything in it to run and display more smoothly, I recommend just sharing the Airbnb calendar directly with your cleaner. Remember that anyone can add your Airbnb calendar to their Google or Microsoft or iOS calendar with that same URL that you copy and paste into TurnoverBnB.

Paying through them would cost entirely too much. 5% is VERY HIGH, and really would add up after a year. I think that 3% would be a much more reasonable number, since most transaction costs run about 1-1.5%. And, I assume (though I don’t know for sure) they charge the cleaning person a percentage on the back-end as well.

Finding a cleaning person for me was very easy (just looked on Craigslist), interviewed a few and when I made my decision, I simply had her download Google Calendar and add my calendar URL’s. Been working perfectly for about a month now.

  • Has potential

Updated from 2 to 4 stars because they sent me an email saying that they would fix this issue described below.

This app has so much potential. I just downloaded it today and every time I try to open a bid I get a message that says “whoops, something went wrong.” I don’t see any way to contact customer service through the app or an FAQ on how to deal with issues if they come up. I haven’t had these issues with the website.
