  • Vicky from customer service is a problem solver!

    I reached out to customer service to see about a problem that not many were giving good solutions for. Vicky gave multiple options and ultimately landed on one that makes everything seem less for me. She eventually implemented it for me and made life easy. Very thankful for her. I’m new to turno so haven’t been able to test out the functionality completely but so far customer service is on point

  • Cleaners Don’t Show Up

    The cleaners on Turno are unreliable at best. Zero consequences when they don’t show up. Lost a huge amount of money when I risked using this app. Don’t get burned too.

    Lucas was able to provide great customer service, and help figure out what the issues were that I was having with my messaging. Great problem solving!

    Overall, I’ve had to reach out to customer support a few times for different questions or issues and they have been able to provide excellent service.

    There are a few functions that you cannot do in the app that you have to do through the website but overall the set up and function is it easy to use.

  • Been using for years… great support

    I’ve been using Turno with multiple cleaners across several properties. I’ve both had my cleaner set up an account and I’ve used the marketplace to find new help and I’ve found this platform to be the simplest and most effective way to automatically schedule jobs and process payment. I recently had a support issue where one of my cleaners was locked out and the support rep (shout out Beryl) was very friendly, fast and most importantly, got the issue resolved.

  • Good app, great service

    The app itself is pretty good. Some of the features you have to do on a browser, or our best on the desktop. hopefully future updates to the app will address all these issues and make it more user-friendly. As far as the customer service support for when you do run into issues figuring out how to use the app, it is amazing! Both service reps seem to be American-based, or at least their English language skills are flawless. They understand what you are asking & respond promptly with the complete detailed answer. I am really impressed by this. The last customer service rep I had, Mary, was especially great as she gave really good, rapid-fire prompt explanations for everything I asked about and ensured I had all my questions and concerns addressed before we ended the chat session.

There are some functionalities that require web setup and management for several reasons including security protocols and usability due to mobile app screen size limitations.   • A nice idea gone bad

    It seemed like such a cool app, I couldn’t wait to try it. We chatted with our primary cleaner for several days to make sure she understood everything, and then we added some back up Cleaners. When the day came, our primary cleaner decided to increase the price from the agreed-upon $80… To $180! I’m not joking. So of course she was gone and we moved to a back up cleaner. He agreed to come clean the cabin and then a couple hours later texted and said, “I’m not going to clean your cabin after all“. Wow, we were shocked and dismayed with no one to clean the cabin. So we called our second back up and she agreed to come immediately. And then she never came! You can’t make this stuff up.

    So it’s a nice idea for an app but somehow it attracts the most unreliable undependable cleaners in the area. I strongly suggest you use the old-fashioned system of getting referrals.

To join the marketplace, a cleaner applies and completes several verification steps, including providing valid referrals from STR owners and running a background check (for cleaners in the US).   • Perfect Managers wanting everything on 1 page

    Beryl was super in her patience and quality of answers - going as far as sending me screenshots with arrows to guide me in my adventure with this fabulous platform. Because Beryl made it look so simple and explained it all so well - I now really see the potential of this app and am very excited to start sharing it with my cleaners.   • Fast customer support

    Turno is great and makes finding a cleaner so easy. It helped us streamline the cleaning process and even syncs with the airbnb calendar. But what I appreciate most of all is how fast the customer service is. I had an issue today with a cleaner who canceled at the last minute, I reached out to support and Lucas answered literally within a minute or 2 and helped me cancel the project. Even though it’s holiday season there was no wait time! I really appreciate it.

    I want to start by saying technically and I don’t get along, however, with exceptional customer service like I received from Turno (Sally specifically), even I was able to upload 4 new properties to my account. My business partner usually does this, as I focus on our builds or day to day operations on site. Sally with Turno customer service literally sent screenshots on how to integrate them. Great product , even better service! Thanks All!

  • Awesome App for Airbnb Host

    We’ve been using Turno for about a year and it’s been such a game changer. We found the best cleaner and she’s connected right to our calendar and gets almost real time notifications when we get bookings. We even have back up cleaners but have never needed them :) their customer service is wonderful too! Just talked to Sally and got a super friendly quick answer on a question via the chat feature. Turno is easy to use from my phone and takes a lot of stress out of renting our house from a different state!
