    I am new to TurnoverBnB, and I'm very excited to be able to work with my cleaner via this app! I had a small issues figuring out how to send an invitation to my cleaner and reache out to support via the chat function within TurnoverBnB. They did not disappoint! Kira was soooo helpful and literally solved my issue within minutes! I was impressed, and very grateful.

  • Peace of Mind

    As a new host on TurnoverBNB, I’m grateful for this service and the service of Kira who was easily accessible by chat to answer all my questions. I already have 2 cleaners added to my team that I really love. It’s imperative to me that we are covered between guest stays for those clients I’m helping out of state, and that’s why I signed on with TurnoverBNB.

  • Barely usable app with an awful charge model

    Run, don’t walk away from this app. It’s awful and charges you a ridiculous % if you use it to find a cleaner. I would be ok with the charge if the app was written by a capable dev team. I easily found a cleaner on another app and will manage the calendar on another app as well. I think the hard part is that this is an actually good idea with the execution of a toddler building an ikea table. A simple flat fee to use would be an idea so simple you’d think they went out of their way to find the worst alternative possible. Also, I’d encourage them to hire developers who have actually developed an app before. Good luck fellow hosts!

  • Great concept but terrible user interface

    This app seems like it has a good number of cleaners on it. However it’s confusing and very counter intuitive to use. And A large number of functionality isn’t available on the app, so you get redirected to a website instead when you need to use them:

    As others have said, turnover saves a ton of work and integrates great with all sorts of other software. I've reached out to support several times and have always received great service.
  • Lost star w lame cancellation policy

    Used the app to work with a cleaning service for 2 properties, mainly for the calendar and scheduling purposes. It worked for that, but I was constantly needing to tweak the calendar as it was defaulting on certain settings that had a hard time keeping up with changes that we had to make for covid scheduling reasons thru Airbnb. Support never could figure it out, so we just adjusted to make it work. Like the payment option, but didn’t need it while working with only one cleaning service.

    We recently switched cleaners. The new service does not use Turnoverbnb. We missed the window to cancel service since we aren’t using the app any longer. When I saw the $144 charge on my account, I contacted support and asked to have it removed. They pointed me to a small print policy that says they won’t give a refund (even though I was within minutes of auto renewal fee). We’ll just call a wasted $144 even for this meh Review. Thanks for the unnecessary charge.

  • Found Reliable Cleaners & Managing Tool

    I was able to find cleaners the day I activated my account. The cleaners on this app are experienced and thorough. I can manage the teams that I have for multiple properties with ease. My job as a host has become automated and efficient.
  • This app is a life saver!

    I have multiple properties in different states with different cleaners. It would be extremely difficult for me to constantly keep all my different cleaners up to date on the guests check ins and check outs. This app syncs my air bnb Calendars with my cleaners so the whole thing is automated. And anytime I have a question about using the app I have one dedicated person to call to help me. Not a call center in another country. Xavier is my guy and he’s super helpful! Would highly recommend this app to anyone in the short term rental business! Thanks Xavier!
