I’m very impressed with customer service in this website/app. World would be a better place with customer service oriented organizations like that.
In Poconos area where my short-term rental is located it’s a huge issue to find a good quality services for some strange reason.
This app helps to sift through available cleaners and things get monitored.
It’s super valuable that TurnoverBnB does their background checked. For example, recently I have found a helper somewhere on line and then did some search on web on them. It turned out they’ve been arrested before for theft and it was even a free information on them. Therefore using TurnoverBnB makes it a safer experience.

Great Idea, poorly executed
The app constantly has glitches like not allowing me to put in my property’s address then telling me I can’t continue without putting in an address. Most of the features “aren’t allowed on the app” and so you have to go to a web browser where you have to sign in again to do anything. Way too many glitches. Not nearly enough cleaners. I have a cleaner that is having a hard time getting her account set up and Gayle has been great with helping this issue get settled. This app has been a great tool. I was able to find a great cleaner that I can trust with my properties, but it’s also a great scheduling tool to keep track of each time my cleaner needs to come in and clean. I have a calendar linked to the account so everytime a booking comes through, the system automatically creates a cleaning project that is pushed to my cleaners team. I usually have a checklist attached to the project, and inventory, this way I make sure the cleaner never missed a spot and I know when yo restock toiletries etc. The cleaners can also report problems that might be found throughout the property which is a great feature. I never had any issues with the cleaners missing a job and most importantly my guests are always satisfied with a spotless place to stay. Definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Show lessshinemaids
