  • Amazing app and helpful staff

    This app has simplified my life immensely. It just works so I Don’t have to. It books my cleaners, pays my cleaners, and finds me new cleaners usually in a few hours.

    It’s rare bc the app is so intuitive, but if I get stuck the customer support Staff is quick to respond via the built in chat feature. Mia is especially great to
    work with and resolved my issue immediately.

    I can’t even imagine manually keeping track of and paying my cleaners every week. This app is indispensable to our company.

  • Processing payment

    The support chat is extremely helpful! I have used it a couple times and my most recent occurrence was with Mia! She was very prompt and thorough with her explanation! She also used a screenshot to confirm specifically what I was talking about with a payment issue and was able to confirm that everything looked good on her end. This app has been very helpful with our hosting experience with Airbnb!

  • Awesome customer service

    I just started using turnover bnb. I found an awesome cleaner so I am very grateful for that. I, like other people have mentioned, don’t think the app is user friendly. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. I reached out to customer support many times and each time my issue was resolved. A lot of times, they fix the issue for you instead of sending you a link that tells you how to do things. I like that a lot. You ask the question, they say “yep! That setting can be changed. I have changed it for you” and then it’s all done! I have chatted with Bela, Gillian, and Mia at this point and they have all been awesome. They are real people who answer the chats and you don’t have to go through a bunch of questions with a robot. You just say you want to talk to a person and then a minute later, you are!

    Bela helped me out right away after I experienced a very bad cleaner. She was able to refund the money and disconnect me from that cleaner immediately. Thanks again

    TurnoverBnb has been such a great resource for me as a new Airbnb host. From listing my unit to inquiring with customer support, everything has been fairly simple and user friendly. No matter the issue, support team members like Mia are always attentive and knowledgeable. Im thankful for this app and the ease that it brings to my business.

  • Great customer support

    Turnoverbnb is a great concept and I’m glad I found it, but it’s not the most user friendly app until you get used to it. I was having A LOT of problems with it duplicating cleaning projects for my Airbnb and creating projects that had nothing to do with my bookings. After struggling with these issues for a couple weeks and never finding the solution, I finally contacted the customer support team for the app. Surprisingly, I got an actual human being (Frank) fairly quickly who showed me how to solve to first part of my problem. Once I finished the steps to fix that problem I went back to figure out the second half of the issue. Frank wasn’t available, but Maddie helped me, and between her and Frank, they solved all my issues with the app. I’m excited that they were solvable problems and I don’t have to dump the app, because there’s nothing else like it out there that’s any good (believe me, I looked!). They really have the corner on the market. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s not an easy app to figure out at first, but once things are set up right and you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a great service that makes my life a little easier.

  • Great so far!

    I haven’t actually used any cleaners yet but the app itself is very easy to navigate. I wish I would of known about this sooner. I had accidentally closed a search from a previous housekeeping bid and Mia from customer service was able to help me right away with restoring it. Looking forward to building my cleaning team on here!

  • Great service, lacking a feature

    First off, customer service is top notch. Mary is the best there that I’ve worked with, for sure.

    It would be great if there were a “round robin” ability to alternate cleaners tho. With that, I think the app would be perfect.
