    Turno is a great app that makes getting your properties taken care of and paying your cleaners stress free! Wish I had started using it sooner. Their support is amazing too. I was assigned a tech support in the beginning, Emma, she has been a huge help with learning how to use the app and correcting any issues right away. She called to introduce herself and explain things within a couple of hours of creating my account. Later I messaged support about getting my cleaner paid, they sent info she could try to resolve it, but later Emma emailed me explaining what I needed to do (it was error on my part). I really liked how she checked into it and got right back to me on what needed done so I was able to get her paid. Subscribed immediately after this!

  • Great app for communicating with cleaners

    I use this app to communicate cleaning tasks with my short term accomodation cleaners. It connects directly with my property management system Uplisting and auto creates tasks. Carly in the customer service has been brilliant in helping me with usage and has taken my suggestion of a feature that isn’t available to the development team whilst providing a short term work around.

    The turbo team is always quick to respond and very helpful. Lucas was able to help me with multiple concerns in a matter of minutes and sort everything out. They are all very effective with support!

  • Support with Turno for Hosts

    I was having an issue with one of my cleans results not being up to our Standards and needed help as to how I could fine tune my Check List and get it setup so that there was no question as to what our expectations were and the the cleaner followed and filed the Cleaning List entirely, after each cleaning.

    Dalia was a great help at guiding me through this. Two big thumbs up for her help, for sure.

  • Awful service

    Failed to sync 4 times with out booking platform meaning it missed essential cleans. No compensation offered by Turno and refused to refund for the awful software. Avoid!

  • Great customer service!!

    I would rate Turno for its excellent customer service, for example when I had an issue today, one of the staff - Mary was quickly able to resolve my issues. And not just this occasion but in several instances, their customer service is top notch which is especially important if you need a solution in a fast paced business like short term rentals. Excellent platform with a solid foundation but I must say still not perfect but I am sure it is getting there with every update. Thanks and congratulations for such an amazing platform!!

  • Crashing

    Keeps crashing and have to delete and download again. Won’t open at all sometimes
  • Excellent customer service

    Vance was excellent, she carried out the work to fix my problem, was polite and very present to speak to, responded quickly, and even explained each time what she’d done as to how the queries I had were resolved. All round very helpful. Thanks, Vance!
