  • Great customer support!

    Mai was super helpful and helped me figure out what I had set incorrectly and then also helped me realize I had to update chrome for the best results. I love this app. Helps me keep everything on schedule. Have only just incorporated the checklist and inventory features and they are a game changer! As I’ve started to scale with 4 properties it has been impossible to keep on track with inventory until now. Thanks Turno!

  • App Shows Potential but is Flawed

    I made an account for this app for my first Airbnb property but when accepting bids and adding members to my team, then app kept saying that they were added and my calendar for my property listings were linked… BUT they weren’t, nothing was linked and nobody was on my team. I guess I will need to contact them outside the app because this app isn’t working to do so. Shows a lot of potential but this really needs to be fixed. I waited over 20 minutes as well and only have 1 property, it should not take that long to link the two systems

    I love the concept of streaming the process of hiring cleaners for hosts and cleaners finding work. The app can be confusing at first and need to really take some time to navigate at times. With this said, customer service through the app is always responsive and I’ve gotten good service from many support staff including my last chat with Kassie. She was timely, respectful and while she didn’t know all the answers, she was able to find out the problem and followed back up with me. At times I wish we could just talk on the phone and be done, but chat is the only option.

  • Buggy and broken.

    Insanely buggy and frustrating. Looping me to sign in an create a new account every time I try to input my credit card.
  • Good customer service

    Turno is a necessary tool for running short-term rentals. It has a good customer service. When I talked to Thalia, she gave me clear explanations and solved my problem immediately. Its good customer service gives me confidence in this platform.
  • Could be great

    Buggy app that constantly needs to be restarted, the chat is unreliable and frustrating to use compared to every other app, and most links take you to the mobile web browser. I know it’s a marketplace, but for some reason all the cleaners I’ve tried are average at best and even paying a premium for “super cleaners” left me disappointed. Lastly, the pricing was already a bit high (5% fee on every cleaning + flat monthly fee over 1 unit) and they just announced a 3% credit card processing fee. Sorry Turno, you need to deliver a solid product before milking customers dry. It works to get started, but once you’re established it’s not a scalable and reliable solution for cleaning.

  • Inefficient for startup

    This app seemed like a dream come tru when trying to start our Airbnb HOWEVER you can’t get an idea of what cleaning fees will cost until AFTER you are fully listed. You can’t accept bids from cleaners until AFTER you are fully listed and synced up. You can’t exchange personal information or conduct interviews to even determine if you want to use a specific cleaner. You can’t reach out to cleaners to ask them questions or see if they would be interested

    So until you are fully listed and ready to actually take bookings you can’t get an idea of who will be cleaning For your or how much they will charge

    Useless they need a “JUST STARTING OUT” option

  • Turno is #awesome!

    I have looked for a housekeeping solution that is a one-stop shop for years … and finally found it in Turno! Their customer service is terrific quality and so fast, too! Gillian just helped me to complete the final piece of my workflow to automate payment of all my housekeepers so now everything is so so simple! After a guest books my property, Turno immediately sends out a notice to my housekeepers and the jobs get snapped up fast by both “marketplace” (provided by Turno) as well as my own internal (family) housekeepers. I am thrilled with Turno and give the app and their customer service my highest rating!

  • Great for hosts. Exceptional customer service! Not great for Poconos, it seems

    I’m very impressed with customer service in this website/app. World would be a better place with customer service oriented organizations like that.

    This app helps to sift through available cleaners and things get monitored. It’s super valuable that TurnoverBnB does their background checked. For example, recently I have found a helper somewhere on line and then did some search on web on them. It turned out they’ve been arrested before for theft and it was even a free information on them. Therefore using TurnoverBnB makes it a safer experience. Again, exceptional customer service.

    BUT (nothing to do with the app):
    No luck using it hosting in Poconos.

    In Poconos area where my short-term rental is located it’s a challenge to find a good quality services for some strange reason. The same type of folks with low working ethics and high maintenance attitude offering unreliable and mediocre quality cleaning services. Try them at your own risk :)

    App worked ok for what you needed, but they don’t really warn you about anything that doesn’t benefit them.
