  • Great Customer Support Makes All the Difference!

    As a property management company, we heavily rely on the turno app to automate our cleaning operations. And I must say, we can't imagine running our business without it.

    One of the standout features of this app is its exceptional customer support. No matter what issues or queries we face, the support team is always there to help us out. Recently, I had a query, and Claire from the customer support team was extremely helpful in resolving it.

    It's not just about the quick resolution of issues; it's the way the support team deals with them that sets turno apart. They listen to our feedback, understand our problems, and ultimately transform them into ideas and implementations.

  • Great Service for my Short Term Rental

    I has some questions and Taylor helped walk me through everything. I’m new to their services and it was great to have someone very responsive and not some Chatbot who I usually get from other companies. I give their company 5 Stars and Taylor 10 Stars for being very responsive and helping me correct some issues I created on accident being new to their services.

  • Key part of my business!

    For the start of my Airbnb business I wasn’t using Turno and it was frustrating to keep up with everything. On top of that having to manually pay cleaners takes extra unnecessary time out of my busy schedule. As a Co-host I also had to chase the homeowners to make sure they paid the cleaners. It was a process… BUT I found Turno and things have become so seamless 🙏🏽. At first the app/website can be tricky to get used to but Turno is totally worth it once you get through the learning curve. I think I contacted their customer service messaging team like 10 times already (lol) and every single conversation has saved me SO much time and so many gray hairs. The customer service team has given me so much peace of mind. Only down fall I can express is that our cleaners can’t manually input what we owe them for laundry drop off. Since our cleaners drop off the laundry to a local laundromat it leaves a gap in the automation process and we have to manually add in a “linen delivery”. Not the end of the world but I hope Turno adds in this feature. The following customer service teammates have helped me this far. Mia, Samantha, Grazi, and Sidney ! Thank you all !!

  • Great app and awesome customer service

    We run a vacation rental property management company. Short of going with the really expensive fully integrated PMS services, this app is a must! Customer service is pretty stellar also. It’s 24/7 and they are blazing fast to respond, and they always seem to understand my question without further explanation and provide a clear and easy solution. Grazi and Bela were the most recent customer service staff I’ve spoken to and they were 10/10 awesome to work with!

  • Turno automates cleaning!

    I was dreading having to make ads to find trustworthy cleaners after a google search contact produced a no-show cleaner! My main cleaner in Waikiki let me know about Turno. My first project posted on Turno produced maybe 20 different bids! I was shocked to see so many cleaners! The prices were great, the transparent reviews of the cleaners gave me peace of mind. Turno associate Taylor held my hand today as I better learned the software. The tech support is so helpful! Thank you for making such a wonderful platform!

  • Good but could be better

    Would be good if you could have more than one team member to view check out dates/projects for cleans and not just one member.
  • Mobile app needs improvement

    The app is a great idea but unfortunately is implemented poorly. Lots of error messages with their basic services, and Customer service takes a long time to respond to you. I use it for calendar syncing only but unfortunately their payment is too buggy to use.

    The concept is great as well as their customer service response time(Bella was very helpful!!) The only negative I would say is the app could be a little more user friendly to navigate through. But overall the service is great as well as my experience with their cleaners.
