I’ve had this app to use Amysen Smart Plugs for a year. Several times throughout that year they’ve completely reset for no reason. Each time I have to go through the set up all over again and spend hours trying to figure out a way to get Cloud Intelligence to “bind” with the Alexa app again. I’ve googled, I’ve deactivated, I have completely started fresh and nothing works. Getting rid of these plugs and this horrendous app/software ASAP. Great idea, but not reliable
I love the app and the devices that turn lights on and off throughout the house, but they are very unreliable. For no reason I can find, they will simply stop working. This happens fairly regularly and I have to go back into the app and reset everything. This last time there’s nothing to reset because everything is set properly and yet they still won’t come on or off.Show lessRCG2108
App continuously deletes account info
Every few months I have to set my entire account back up bc the app just randomly forgets everything. I wish I wouldn’t have bought these crappy plug ins because of this app. Do not get. I’ve reported the issue several times and their devs do not care/respond. Today when I logged into the app it doesn’t work at all anymore. When I press the + to add my devices FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME and there’s no response. I am a chief engineer at a software company - this app is junk.Show lessrunbikeeat
Easy as pie
Follow the directions and it works every time. This plug was so easy to program and setup I was amazed. Definitely a great purchase and not expensive either. Now I guess I’ll just have to put up with being spied on 24/7!colrhino
Eh, there’s better options
You can’t have 2 people logged into this account at once, it will log the other out…every single time. My boyfriend and I both have the app on our phones so that we can control the smart plugs but the moment one logs in it will log the other out.. So it’s very aggravating trying to control the smart plug from multiple devices. If that was fixed then the plugs would absolutely be worth it.
Don’t look for any updates/bug fixes to come out any time soon, I have reached out to their email for over 9 months now without a response. There’s better smart plugs on the market for the same price.Show lessRobatoots270

This worked great until the latest update. After the software update I had reinstall all of my devices. Very time consuming and annoying. Thanksmmmmmggdddss
Everything was fine until the other day.
All of my smart plugs were working great until the other day. I don’t know if it was because of daylight savings but ever since the time changed all of my plugs started going offline one by one. After that they all said they had a firmware update. I tried updating them but was unable to since they are now offline and I cannot get them back online. I have tried unplugging them and plugging them back in, deleting the app and reinstalling it, I even tried deleting one of the devices and now I can’t reinstall it either. It says it isn’t connecting to my Wi-Fi even though my Wi-Fi is working properly and nothing has changed since the other day. Now I’m back to turning my reptile cages on and off manually. Just got it going…
Just got my smart plug connected with the app. Have not had time to use it yet but it already popped up asking for a review …. LOL??? so far I can say that the( #1 out 4) smart plug did connect very easy and quick! Have not had time to see how it functions yet or check out any options or add another of the smart plugs. Widget Error
The setup was easy and seamless. Everything has worked well so far (today is the first day having it). I was looking forward to using the widget feature for iPhone widgets, however the iPhone widgets do not show the cloud intelligence app as an option. I left feedback in the app but hoping it will be fixed soon.Show lessJRobert1126
Don’t waste your time!
This app loses connection with devices every 24-48 hours. They just show “offline”. You have to go through the process of pairing each smart plug and device all over again! Total time waster. I could have saved hundreds and just bought old school mechanical timers for my holiday electric window candles.
There is no option to reconnect once a device shows offline. No explanation as to how or why this happens. Not all devices go at once, but ALL of them randomly do go offline at different times. They never come back online without going through the complete process of pairing them from set-up mode.
I have Wemo smart plugs and in 2 years this has never happened with their app. Thot these were better. Smaller, more discreet looking, but the app makes them a bad choice. Fail.Show lessLinkedIn/in/SuziBard
