I have ordered three sets of four. The first set only one plug would be recognized and the others would not. After that one that was recognized kept saying it was offline. The second set of four. None of them would could be recognized. The third set I was able to recognize all of them. However when I went to use them. They all say that they are offline and can’t get them to come back online. Terrible app, privacy concerns
I don’t feel like I can trust this app. Wants way too much information. It’s also terrible in that it won’t remember that I’m logged in, so every time it refreshes (not even starts) it wants me to choose my country, agree to terms, and login. Annoying. My wife installed the same version on her phone, and it doesn’t repeatedly want the country and to agree to terms, but it wants her to login and won’t remember the password. Disappearing act
I had all my switches programmed and working great. Then one day I opened the app and I was signed out. I signed back in and all my switches were gone. I had to go around to every switch and re-activate each one. Some switches are in hard to get to locations. That’s way I am using the switches to begin with. They do work well but it’s kind of a pain to have to re-identify all of them. I have 6 switches.Show lesskerryn57
Ok, it works.
The set up was a bit different than the directions, they are running on an Orbi 2.4/5 nest system.
After a few weeks of using 8 devices, they work well. The only glitch is I’ll find a device has turned off for no reason every third day or so.canclnick-name
wifi smart socket
got them today!! easy to follow instructions so in a couple of minutes I was able to do it; I am not a tech savvy so loved the fact it was easy. Now to enjoy the benefits of them!!Overcomer72
Very solid product and setup aids.
It’s fairly common for products like this to come with unclear instructions in broken and a laborious setup process. That was not my experience with my smart plug which I connected to the cloud intelligence app.ICJ268
The only app that works!
Bought some cheap smart plugs (Amysen brand). None of my existing phone apps would sync with the plugs. This app worked almost immediately. Wish the manufacturers would operate on a standard framework to allow better interoperability.Mr. Apples & Gorillas
Misleading negative ads
Worked perfectly fine pairing my device with the given instructions. I believe negative reviews may be stemming from chinese competition who leave bad reviews misleading customers. Product works as advertised.Magu C0k
Update issue I guess?
App worked great for about 3-4 weeks and now I guess the new update ruined it? I’m guessing I have to buy a new brand of WiFi plug now since not only do I have to relearn the plugs daily (they’re in a very hard to reach spot so it takes like 10 minutes to relearn them) but the timers don’t work at all. I have to manually go in and turn them on and off. Very inconvenient, I’ll have to set alarms and make sure I turn on and off my Bearded Dragons lamps now to make sure he doesn’t get sick, I’ll be working… please fix the app, I’ll update this if they do, by seriously, stay clear of their products until then, doesn’t do as advertisedShow lessItMeBrandon

I love everything smart!!! Refrigerator cars you name it. I want everything to be automated and able to control with the push of a button. Everything about works in real time so why wouldn't my devices and home be the same ! I love this product and I can't wait til my entire home is smart !!!!!Slimmisses_22
