Love having the app option!
This app is actually a more intuitive way to control the bed warmer than the buttons on the machine. It’s also much more convenient to fiddle with the temp in the middle of the night. I have the machine pushed under the bed all the time now and solely use the app. It is very handy to turn on the pre-heat from the app before we leave the movie theater at night. When we get home, the bed is waiting for us, all toasty. Truly love this system!Show less16m to London
Widget issues
I’ve been using these smart plugs since November, and I really like them. About a month ago the widget on my IPhone has stopped displaying my plugs and prompts me to go the settings on the Cloud Intelligence app. When I check the setting, the appropriate plugs are displayed for use in the widget. It’s so much more convenient having the widget on Home Screen instead of searching for and opening an app every time you want to turn a light on or off. Hope they fix this soon.Show lessDL6277
Good to a default
When First getting my plugs everything worked fine now however for the past 2 months the widgets does not work at all I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling I’ve tried restarting my iPhone 13 pro max I’ve reset the plugs nothing works which make me have to open the actual app to turn the plug off and on or speak to my smart clock for the plug to work… FIX THE WIDGET ASAP!Show lessJuici Da Boss
Fast & Easy
I made myself crazy trying to connect this smart plug to my Smart Life app. Don’t bother. After registration, it less than 1 minute to connect my smart plug using Cloud Intelligence!

Asks for location, Bluetooth, local network
I understand the local network and maybe Bluetooth but won’t let you proceed without location. There is no reason this is necessary. Furthermore the schedule only allows for five times (and on and off have to be separated so functionally it’s only two times because the last one can’t be powered off). I got this because I have a device that powers off every two hours and I wanted to be able to turn it back on automatically. So much for that.Show lessZoeHikaru
Works!
The Alexa app brings me to the, “Smart Life” app, But after nearly 2 hours of trying that with nothing but frustration and failed troubleshooting, I downloaded this app and it worked within seconds!Polaris310

If you have the directions, great. They work as described in the directions. But don’t lose them - good luck trying to figure out that the app you need to install is called “cloud intelligence”.
The interface is not very intuitive. There are features that seem to be half implemented, like mobile notifications when devices state changes; but there is no place to specify what mobile number to send the notifications to…?Show lessNickelpoo
Painful setup on iOS
I'm an IT admin and it took me 20 minutes to set up 4 SFF WiFi sockets with no less than 10 errors and 1 app lock-up. I blame iOS for some of it. I realized when you connect to the device AP, the WiFi settings show the check mark to indicate you've joined the AP, but the status bar lacks the WiFi icon for upwards of 40 seconds afterward. If you attempt to set up the device during that time, before the WiFi status bar icon shows up, the setup will fail.
Lots of other imperfections with this app but I intend to only use Alexa so it doesn't matter much to me.Show lessDerisan
Very Good Response time
This Wi-Fi socket is amazing!!! I have it installed all throughout the house. The two main things I love about it is that it has a very good response time and that I can set up different schedules with each of the sockets. Works with Alexa!
All the bad reviews saying it does not work with Alexa, but right out of the box it took me about 5 minutes to hook it up to Alexa with no problems.I would say the only bad thing is this app, likes to grao your location, and pretty much everything you do on your device, but other than that my smart socket works well.Show lessbigeyedburrito
