Great, but
I have loved these devices for the last week and somehow on December 7, 2021 Alexa cannot pick them up. I’m still holding out hope that Alexa is having an issue because clearly all the devices are online and I can control them from the regular app the interfaces with the set up of these devices.Perplexed2481
Needs to be real close
Did not work at first. Moved device closer to router. Worked right away. Move set up device to other room. Works great. Just make sure during initial setup, device is real close to routersphutch001
Won’t work with 5G, but does well with 2.4 wifi
My setup kept failing until I read the small print that the device won’t work with 5G wifi. I had to take my wifi off 5G and just used Guest wifi. That worked right away.KBK Cakes

The instructions that came with the application seem a bit cumbersome, I just did my own thing and it worked just as fine followed the instructions in my phone and kept on moving thank you outstanding job😎HOTNAVCHOC

Was able to connect after a reading the directions. After a few attempts I was able to get it up and running. it works well and easy to use after all is setup.... Ld...
Easy to set up
I set this up per enclosed instructions and did not even attempt to rip out my hair. One step was just a bit confusing, but if you continue to follow through, all sets up and in business. Using these plugs all ove the house for surevegas.henley
not impressed
I have 2 of 4 in use in critical spots: a whole house water shutoff valve and the main wifi power plug, both on UPS’. Ive never been able to get a message from these plugs even when deliberately turning the power off. I set wifi extenders to fast roaming and the plugs disconnected from wifi and when I turned that setting off, they came back online. The only thing I can do is turn power on and off. It doesn’t help me determine IF power went out. No reporting.Show lessPJK4903
Scheduling on/off don’t work.
Overall I’m very happy with the performance of this app. Being able to turn on lights in another room without having to get up from my chair is very nice. However I cannot seem to get the hang of scheduling when my lights come on or turn off. If I want them to turn off at 11:00pm and turn on at 7:00am, they will turn off at the right time, but will turn on at 2:00am. Some of the devices which are not even on a timer will turn on randomly too.Show lessnbcgghh
Data theft
Their data privacy policy states this- “ When you use the services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect detailed information relating to your use of our services and save them as network logs, such as your searches, IP addresses, types of browsers, telecommunication service providers, languages, visit dates and times, and web pages visited by you. ”
Why does a smart plug want to know my search history, phone service provider language etc?

This App seems more concerned with your Location than managing your Smart devices
When I first got my smart plugs from this company, I was impressed with the size. They are small and easy to place without the worry of costing other plug slots. However the app is another thing. When I first logged in, this app wanted access to everything my phone had to offer. local network, Location, Camera, Bluetooth, and even my Microphone eventually. All other smart plug apps I have used in the past only really asked for you local network and maybe your location. However this app, if you refuse to give it your location it will stop the setup process. Unless you give you location, it will not let you continue with your WiFi plug setup. That’s were I have up on this plug. Every other plug I have used, has never kept you from setting up you plug because you don’t want to fork over your location. Apologies for the rant, but I think it is poor business ethics to punish or restrict your customers from using a product over their location.Show lessGreenMonster501
