After our devices and our wifi ‘s authentication and connection done ! Why not y’all devices Firmware updates are not done automatically? Why we have to do that for y’all ? I am REALY DISAPPOINTED. Please ! Stop us doing y’all works. When My smart device acts stupid I will return it to seller or to manufacturer. I am not getting paid for y’all’s security flaws. INSIDER JOB HACKINGS. What a Waste!
This is the WORST ap. I thought the plugs were great b/c the app set them up right away, but they just go offline all of the time. The app won’t fix itself. I literally have to go find all 6 of these plugs and and unplug them, then re-plug them in for them to work…sometimes multiple times a day. That defeats the entire purpose. Alexa can’t control the plugs because they are always offline. It’s just totally stupid. A waste of money - don’t do it. Thank God it’s just for Christmas. Works!
Brought smart plug to my office, and it worked. For some reason, I couldn’t get the software to communicate with the plug when I tried it for the first time at home. I like the ability of controlling the “power”, “countdown” of electronic starting and the “schedule” timer.D_ATL
Works as described
I set up two devices. Auto-discover worked for one, other I had to do manually, but both worked smoothly and did what the instructions said, and they connected to Alexa easily. That’s what I wanted!Jeremy G Shap
Time change?
Prior to daylight savings, I’d have given this 4-5 stars. It did it’s job, was easy and intuitive and was functional.
However, post DS time change, all my devices are an hr off. And Im finding nothing to help fix this, besides resetting everything to the wrong time, to function at the correct time. AND I’m not finding a way to reach out.
Yes, I have all location services turned on.
No, I’m seeing nothing to reset the clock myself. However, I could be missing this, even after all the time spent looking.
Yes, I looked for an update. No, there’s no update available ‘currently’

Cannot get smart plug to update firmware, no support website
I am trying to update a smart plug to the latest firmware using the iOS cloud intelligence app. I start the firmware update process and get a request forbidden message. The app says it is updating the firmware but never finishes the update. I have tried unplugging and plugging the plug back in and deleting and reinstalling the device in the app. Still does not work.

It was easy on the second day. First day downloaded the app, registered, made sure I was on 2G, but the link could not find the device. Day 2 followed the same steps and there it was. Now to try it out. The app wanted a rating as soon as it was discovered. Now to see how it works.Tux's Dad
Keeps disconnecting
I love the idea of the product. I’ve been using the smart outlets for a few months now and every couple of weeks they disconnect from the app and I have to restart the whole process. It doesn’t go quickly either, it takes 20+ minutes to get everything connected. Next time I will definitely purchase a better brand product.Show lessBrandynich
WiFi Sockets 4 pack
I just set up a 4 sockets and I can’t stop turning things on and off with the app. It’s pretty cool and convenient! Each socket only took about 1 minute to setup. Very fast and easy. I have 3 lights and 1 AC unit setup and I love how I can control everything while still in bed with my phone. App is easy to categorize sockets based on rooms, groups, or use them individually!
