  • Best high-yield savings for emergency funds

    3.44% APR now and app is pleasantly designed without clutter. Easy to make and track transfers. So glad I read about Bread Savings and CDs.

    Is it possible to update the App to include credit card users.
  • Comenity capital make an app alreay!

    Doesn’t work with comenity capital bank (Bread financial). Frustrating when will they make an app so i can track my spending? I hate logging in & out from a webpage. AAA made us switch over so i have no choice hurry up with the app!
  • 27 minutes on hold - finally hung up!

    Worst customer service - actually, it’s non-existent: not by messaging, not by phone and worse, they don’t even offer “we’ll call you back when it’s your turn” like other institutions do! Screw this bank!

    Everything works pretty good at first and they do offer very competitive savings account rates but there’s one big catch when you try to transfer money out of your savings account to a external account, well let’s just say it doesn’t work. I would highly discouraged anyone from using this bank or their app.

    Never end up getting a response from customer service on the message chat.

    0 I DID NOT apply for this account! The app DOES NOT work! This account was taken over by Bread savings. All it’s done is screw my credit score and make huge problems trying to maintain this account! I would NOT recommend this bank!
  • Mixed feelings….

    Overall, love doing business with them. The online banking and app work really well and I like how they work and look. It’s clean and neat. They pay a really decent interest rate too, but here a just a few things that they could really really improve on.

    1.) if I’m using your bank to house my emergency savings, and my other accounts for different goals I am savings for, and given the obvious that you’re an online bank, the amount of time I have to wait on hold to speak to someone is horrible. I’m currently on hold as I write this review and right now I am at 32:53 minutes on hold. My question is why? I should not have to wait over 30 minutes and counting to speak to someone about my account / money. You’re an online bank? You would think phone and web support should be a quick call away if your customers need to speak to you.

    2.) HOLD TIMES ON YOUR MONEY! This one kills me, I get that when you open a new account, I expect for excessive hold times to be placed on my transfers, as a bank with a new customer there is always a level of some risk, but the fact these transfers clear my external account usually within a day or two and your bank holds these funds for 10 days is insane. A couple of days I can understand, but 10 days is a little much don’t you think?

    Other than that, it’s not a bad place to hold your money, but there is deff improvements that can be made.

  • Outrageously poor customer service

    On hold twice for over 40 minutes. Disconnected each time. Link that says “message us” doesn’t work. Can’t access new account information. No account number ever received. Doesn’t recognize my login. They have basically stolen my money and won’t respond. They are thieves!
  • NO TRANSFER/DEPOSIT INTO ACCOUNT OPTION

    The app seems nice, but there is no “transfer into my account” option. The only way to deposit funds is via check. I don’t get checks. How do I deposit?
