  • Happy Camper So Far

    I just installed the APP and I found it both simple and intuitive. I think it's particularly helpful in that the screens and buttons copy and/or closely mimic the screens of the online web interface, providing new users the advantage of familiarity from the beginning. As for the Bank: I joined Bread Savings via their online portal about two weeks ago. I set-up a joint account and linked it three other banks, but I did need help finding answers to several “Process questions and some “Terms & Conditions” questions, during the first 10 days or so. I conveyed my questions both via their online "EMail" and via phone; and sometimes both (just to verify my understanding and"get it in writing"). My calls were answered in reasonable time, and my EMail notes were answered within in a day or two. Their support system seems to work well, the agents I interfaced-with seemed to be well-versed and their follow-up was always as-promised. In summary, my experience with Bread Savings has been remarkably satisfying, especially when compared with other banks.

  • Worse company !!!

    Applied for savings account 10 days ago. Nothing received. Called CustServ, found out it pending a review? CustServ has no idea why, tried to blame July 4 for delay. I said it was over 10 days ago and July 4 was over, everyone was back at work. Wanted to speak to supervisor or manager, no one was available!!! Seriously!!!

  • Trying to pay a card with this institution is nightmarish

    I’ve been trying to pay my card balance in full for the last four days and can’t get ahold of anyone nor will it let me download this app. I’ve called the customer service number on the back of the card to no avail. I’ve tried laying on the card app to no avail. Now this app that controls the card won’t let me download it. So all of my attempts have been met with no response. This is a terrible business and I will be cutting this card the second the balance is paid in full never to use a card provided through comenity again when I read the fine print.

  • Comenity merge results in declined transactions for a week

    We can’t use our cards at all because they are “transferring to a new system,” which is Bread. They can charge you fees and interest but don’t expect to be able to use your available credit! And they won’t give you a timeframe for when the cards will work again. Totally unacceptable and will be closing our accounts shortly.

  • App doesn’t update

    The app does not update or refresh data. So it only displays old, outdated account info. Don’t bother using the app. Use the website to get accurate account info.
  • Not the app I need.

    So I just got a store credit card and Comenity bank is the servicer and this app popped up. But after reading through it, this is not the app I need and at the bottom says to use the account dashboard. Would be nice to have an app to go to for payments and info because every other card I have allows that and I don’t always have the time to go to the web page to do simple checks.

    3/5stars is the middle because I don’t know how the app functions one way or the other.

  • I DID NOT download this app and it just showed up

    I opened my phone and found an app that I have never download, never even heard of, in with my financial apps. I do not like the fact I have no authorization for this app yet poof, there is it.
  • Savings acc only

    A lot of these reviews are from IDIOTS that think this app is for their credit cards that Comenity finances… Even though it clearly says (if you’ve opened a savings acc with Comenity this app is for you). These idiots obviously do not know how financial company’s work and the fact that they do offer options for an app, however it’s up to the clients/stores to sign up for that option. It costs more for an app option so most store cards don’t opt in for it. If you’re one of these idiots that downloads this app and think it’s gonna work for your credit card, you should reconsider your education and common sense. It’s not hard to read the descriptions, you’re basically useless if you need someone to tell you these details….

  • Good bank and App, but not perfect

    The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because Comenity has these crazy withdraw limits. Back in November, I needed to withdraw a significant amount of money and found out I could only with draw 5k a day. I had to call to have my limit raise. It was raised temporarily for a month and I subsequently had to call back to get it raise permanently. I think this is a flaw that needs to be fix today. Now the app. The app is great. You can message customer service and they respond very quickly during the weekday, not so much on the weekend, which is fair. One major improvement would be a total asset line. If you have a savings, CD, and or checking (I don’t think they offer) you should be able to see your total assets.
