  • App Doesn’t Work-Typical Nissan!

    This is going to be my last Nissan. I’m sick and tired of having a new car and the apps for it don’t work.
    Nissan clearly does not care about quality. I shouldn't have to shut anything off on my phone just to get this poorly made app to work. Nissan needs to fix things on their end starting with their sloppy network, then the apps.

  • Can’t login

    Was told to logout and login to troubleshoot an issue and now I can’t login. I saw a recent review with same issue and developer response saying that issue was fixed but it’s not. App also doesn’t update odometer properly

    Update: I deleted the app, restarted my iPhone, reinstalled the app, can login now, but odometer reading still not updating properly

  • Login issue

    Since the last update the app will not allow me to login. Uninstalled and reinstalling did no good. Pop up to rate the app fails to send. Prior to the last update it worked well.
  • Doesn’t work

    The app won’t even log in. The credentials are correct as I just successfully logged in from the website. The app won’t leave the log in page, it just spins then stops.

    Edit: just saw that the developer replied to another review for the same issue, suggesting that we disable the autofill password feature on iPhone?? That is ridiculous and not a solution. I’m not going to disable the most useful security feature on my phone just to use your app. Make your app work with autofill like every other app on my phone…

  • App no longer works…. Now it works

    Ever since the last software update for the application, it will no longer let me to login or input my user information just stays on the screen to log in.
    **update these steps actually work.

    To resolve, please perform the following steps:
    1. Go to SETTINGS -> Autofill Passwords -> Select Saved Password - Delete Password

    2. Disable the Autofill Password
    3. Try re-logging into the app again

  • Total Junk

    This app doesn't work from the start. Like many others have stated, the app opens to a screen that asked if I'd like to use my saved password. I haven't even been able to create the account because the only two options to log in just keep circling back to the login screen. Tried to create a new account... nope, account already exists with my email. Click on account, and any other button and get the error "Something went wrong while retrieving your data." Have app issues? Hit the feedback button and get help... only I can't because I get the same stupid error message. If you can't make an app that works, do everyone a favor and don't make one!

    Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for your inconvenience. We have discovered that AutoFill is causing the login issue. To resolve, please perform the following steps: 1. Go to SETTINGS -> Autofill Passwords -> Select Saved Password - Delete Password 2. Disable the Autofill Password 3. Try re-logging into the app again
  • Update my review

    Got an email from Nissan to try to app again. Able to login and see I have a recall but the link to schedule service just dumps you to a local dealer with mo transfer of information. When I put in my VIN there, I get VIN not valid.
    Getting better but still mostly useless.
  • Badge Notifications Won’t Go Away!

    With the latest update, badge notifications won’t go away once viewed. I have a recall notification (that was already addressed by the dealership btw) that won’t go away.

    UPDATE: The recall notification finally disappeared a couple weeks after the dealership addressed the recall, but I still have a phantom badge notification. I’ve clicked every screen within the app and there are no notifications anywhere. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the badge notification remains. Very frustrating!

  • I can’t get in

    I keep getting emails about updates. I’m not sure how n how to update or if my app has updated at all but I can’t get in the app to do anything, all of a sudden when I log in it blinks and never opens. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing happens.
  • Unable to use the app

    The app constantly logged me out making me setup Face ID over and over. The last time it happened it wouldn’t let me log back in. Deleted the app and reinstalled several times and even waited a couple months to try again. Unfortunately it is still doing the same thing. Can’t login and I’m paying for the service to be able to fully use the two apps.
