Great but obnoxious

Like the app whenever I happen to be fortunate enough to get logged in. I use Face ID so I don’t have to remember my password, as do most people, right? I rarely use this app, so it seems that each time I login, it has been so long since the last login that Face ID has expired and it wants my password instead. But I don’t remember my password and for some annoying reason, it doesn’t auto save on my phone, so then I have to spend 5 solid minutes resetting the darn thing. It’s stupid and annoying and a waste of time. If Face ID would just work all the time, the app would get 5 stars.

Easy,secure, and convienent

Great new way to show my ID… clear enough for business’s to scan the barcode on back and to use for online verification! Also, a super quick way to update my address! I moved a couple weeks after getting a new car ID and I updated my address on the app, it only took a few days for the address to change on my digital ID!! Awesome

Auto-logs you out too quickly!

Sometimes you really need this app to show that you are vaccinated - but it requires push-ups beyond the password to get in and then after a fairly short time it kicks you off the site!

Why can’t it be like a normal site that just lets you stay logged in? It’s not as if it’s a bank account that someone could steal your money. Also I don’t even see how if a bad person got your phone with this app they could do anything sinister with it. The page that shows you are vaccinated has your picture.

Great — when you can login

I’ll login to the app frequently and no problems. Seemingly out of nowhere, I’ll be prompted to log in again and it rejects my password (which is in a password manager, so I’m not mistyping or forgetting), eventually leading me to reset. I have to go through at least twice because every. single. time. I get “A problem has occurred. Please try again.” Doesn’t tell me what I did wrong but I just have to go through the process again. Once you’re in the app, it’s very handy but the login process is random and inconsistent in terms of UX.

Cannot Connect With DMV - Useless tech support.

Have spent hours on the phone with tech support. I cannot create an ID. The error message states it “Cannot connect with DMV. Try again later”. Well 3 weeks later and hours on the phone and no solution. Spent a week in Canada on a business trip being refused service because of their vaccine passports requirements and not being able to use this App. Multiple support tickets logged with a promise of a call back. Nothing. Triple vaxxed in Colorado and they can’t give me acceptable proof. Our paper CDC Vac card is not sufficient in other countries.

Nothing but problems

I have tried to install this app many times. I have had nothing but problems with it. I contacted them and they tell me to delete the app and reinstall it. I still have the same problems. It will not let me log in I get the message that something went wrong with the pairing with my device and the MFA pairing. Please contact my Colorado for support. I’m very disappointed.

Fails more often than it works

After going through the full app setup, loading all my insurance cards, fishing license, Covid vaccine card, etc. - it will often fail to load my ID when I attempt to retrieve it. It lost/disassociated my Vax card on the second login after linking it, and now it fails to find it and throws an error, even though I searched and linked it through the app the first time successfully. Today it logged me out and when I loges back in it shows my wallet but then when I try to access anything it routes me back to the login page. Honestly this app is more a PITA than it’s worth. Great idea, poor implementation.

Very handy

This is one of the best government apps I’ve ever used. Well done to the dev team, the UI/UX is clean and easy to navigate.

After a bouncer broke my license, I used the digital ID even out of state and had no problems with it being accepted. I love how you can filter information off so you don’t have to reveal your address to anyone who needs to verify your age.

I just added my COVID vaccine card on there. I anticipated it being a huge pain to do but it just automatically looks it up. Way easier than digging through my camera roll or password manager to find a picture of my paper card.

I’d highly recommend this app to any Colorado resident.

No user support provided

I updated to the latest version and, as warned, the face id on my iPhone no longer worked for sign in. Because I’m old and lazy, i never wrote down my user id. The app doesn’t give me a way get my user id or update my password without a user id. I called user support three times and was on hold for more than 45 minutes each time before I gave up. I sent at least two messages to the support system and, other than an automated “We received your email” I haven’t heard anything back from them. (They really deserve a 0 star rating)

Useful But Not Perfect

I was able to upload my Digital ID (CO drivers license) and my COVID Vaccine Record to the app. These were the most important. However I could not add pics of vehicle registrations and insurance cards, that is, it would not upload JPGs or photos taken within the app. It just came back with the error message ”Something Went Wrong”. And that was all.
