  • App glitches out lately

    Don’t know if it’s an iOS issue or the app but lately it doesn’t want to allow searches by typing into the search box; you have to go into what you’re looking for as a general search and then jump from there. This app hasn’t been updated for a while which is why I’m thinking it’s an iOS interface issue.
  • Still can't login or search..

    I have ZERO idea why they can't get their app dev to fix the login issues and blank screen loads that have plagued this app for over a year now. I've sent numerous emails to people about the issues, including screenshots and video grabs but they just seem unwilling to invest time or effort needed to remediate the weird 2009 era problems their app has. It's just pitifully in this day and age, especially considering that it used to work perfectly fine awhile ago. Use a web browser instead and avoid the space this consumes on your device.
  • Great company terrible app

    App is just a website mirror. Very unpredictable and slow sometimes. My biggest gripe is most of the time you can’t log in to your account. This is unacceptable! Especially in the world of COVID with shortages and back orders. You can’t check your orders look at account info because it just errors out. Very strange this company is so good but this app is junk.

  • Sweetwater is absolutely amazing but app needs work!

    I love everything about Sweetwater especially the customer service. They are a wonderful company and blow Guitar Center/Musicians Friend(same company), and Music 123 out of the water with prices and customer service. It doesn’t matter if you order a $30 item of a $3,000 item. They will call to make sure everything is ok. They will even give you pointers and guide you through setting things up. Great company for sure. But the app needs a major revamp for sure. So glitchy! I can’t even get the “my account” page to load at all anymore. I have restarted the app and downloaded the last update. It will never load. I just get the “forbidden” error. I have to use the browser to get to my account. It’s really unfortunate because I want to use the app.
  • Awesome service, terrible app

    I trust Sweetwater more than any other company out there, but this app is absolute garbage. It’s super glitchy, and it literally NEVER keeps me signed in, it’s very infuriating. Doesn’t help the fact that this app hasn’t been updated in like 2 years either…
  • Best Customer service and very fast shipping

    I ordered a guitar and it actually got 5 days before the estimated date. Also I had some trouble with my guitar a guy named Cory helped me out and I’m so thankful for that guy. BEST APP FOR MUSIC GEAR!
  • Log in issues

    Love Sweetwater, but please fix this app! The log is issue has been ongoing for several months now. This is beyond frustrating. When shopping I want to use the app sometimes for quick things and convenience. I don’t want to have to go to my pc. And it doesn’t work to use a browser on my phone(to tiny) please get this log in issue resolved)
  • Lost landscape mode on iPad

    Can no longer view the app in landscape mode. Restarted my iPad, deleted and reinstalled app, no change. Curiously it acts normally on phone. No other apps doing this. Otherwise think it’s a well-designed shopping experience.
  • Stopped Working

    App stopped allowing me to login several weeks ago. Tech support is looking into it but no update yet.

    The app is very basic but I liked being able to quickly and easily order items and see my order history on my iPhone without typing in my login info each time. But now app is unusable.
  • App constantly says "Bad Gateway", or prevents signing in at all

    I have had nothing but problems with this app. It might work for a while, but then will not let me sign into my account. I fill user name and password, hit submit, and it just clears the fields. Sweetwater support just says delete and reinstall the app. What's the point if it's just going to quit working again in a week or two? Fix your app!!!
