there is a bug when sharing a device to a different user. The user is not able to accept for some reason. Please fix the sharing so we can share device to different users. Thank you.
EDIT: I understand your steps but using those steps give user a full permissions. I want to only give permission to specific cameras. Your app works fine excerpt when I share the device to the user who has iphone cannot accept the request. Instead user has to use the android phone to login and then accept the request. It only happens with the iphone that user not able to click on accept when sharing request comes. Android phone works fine but not iphones. It should be an easy fix since it was working at one point and then it stopped because of update.Show lessPathetic customer service
I have been teaching by chat and email for 2 weeks. All I ever get back is automated messages!!!!! I am about to file a formal complaint. I spent a fortune on this system and these people will not respond, constant, or help me with my system.Developer Response

I love these cameras I just have a issue I cannot find how to get in contact with customer service I bought the cameras myself but my ex bf used his email and log information and passcode i told him to get off of my cameras he said he did get his email out but i want to speak to customer service to see what i can do because his email is still on the cameras system and i need to know how exactly he can get off my cameras.Show lessDeveloper Response

Hello vchavez, This error will occur when too many users are accessing your DVR at the same time, or sharing the same login. Please create a login for each device and share access. Great system. The only thing that is keeping it from 5 stars is that we are unable to adjust for bugs flying around. If there was a way for the system to send alerts when large objects (people, critters, dogs, deer) it would be the best ever.Developer Response

Motion is detected by a change in the pixels, due to this if the object is right in front of the camera, it will trigger a large motion alert. When you open the notification pictures in the app there is no way to back out or close the picture without closing the entire app. Please put in a back button or x button to close the pictures.Developer Response

Big problems with the camerastime wrong
