No alert or real-time
Doesn’t send alerts. I have 8 cameras, when I pan 4 cameras at a time. The first 4 works then I try to look at the second set the app shuts off. Not impressedJumper show dog

I have Ring outdoors and it’s beautiful. Simple set up and easy to navigate app. I’ve tried to set this up on multiple occasions and have even attempted to contact customer service. It fails every time. The QR code scanner won’t pick up on u it or on my monitor. I manually type it in and i get “device is offline” yet I’m able to look at video online! instructions to set up are intended for someone with a major in computer programming. Junk. Go with Ring or someone else.Show lessMatFlex

Not working with QR
Both this and the Defender HD app do not work, defender hd worked great but has been giving an authentication error please fix this defender! Product support has been horrible! Please fix ASAPNicka4

Installed this app seeing how the Defender Hd no longer sends alerts to my phone. This app will not capture the qr code that is needed to set up cameras. When scanning it keeps repeating that it can not scan. So needlessly I even tried to upload the qr code....and it gives me the same message. I’m tired and giving up on the apps. Firmware and everything seems to be updated.Show lessAFRODIZZYACT
