Good quality for the price point. Tv quality is great. iPhone quality is challenged. Could be a iPhone setting but I can't find a solution.Bills only iphone

I can’t connect my system to the app even when inputting the correct passcodes. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck.cpm5210

I bought this 4k 2TB kit to replace my Defender HD and i must say it is amazing.The picture quality,the app,the customer service,the price compared to other 4k’s.....I can go on and on.Live chat within seconds to solve a programming issue i had.I would recommend 110%

Needs improvement
Despite my cameras not having audio capability, whenever I open the app to check a notification, it cuts off whatever audio app I happen to be listening to, which is irritating. Also, the filter capability in the events is based only on the device itself, rather than the four individual cameras I have, which makes no sense to me. Why filter for the one device I have when it changes nothing? I would love to be able to filter for what my driveway camera sees and hide the rest.Show lessKiraJ202
