I love the cameras love how clear the pic is I have had major problems setting up my notifications have had cameras for 6 months still have not got set up the support help is terrible it amazes me how I can spend hundreds of dollars and when I need help I am told the company has no phone help only through internet help which has been no help great cameras but horrible customer serviceShow lessqmwnebsjfirbs

J’aime bien mon système Defender par contre il m’est impossible d’utiliser les push car c’est trop sensible même avec la sensibilité au minimum. À chaque brindille d’herbe ou flocon de neige qui passe je reçois un push. C’est vraiment désolant dans mon cas car c’est une fonction qui m’a fait opter pour Defender. Peut-être il y a quelques chose à faire pour corriger ceci mais je n’ai rien trouvé.Show lessChisVac

Every since the app updated it takes forever to load the cameras… we hear a sound outside, open the app, and 30-40 seconds go by before the apps even loadedBS82

The app is terrible. Hard to use, outdated, junk. Went to look at a video clip of Friday (2-12-21) and it showed Tuesday (2-16-21) instead. Guess I’ll wait till next Tuesday to watch last Fridays video 🤬🤬😡😡. This is how the app has always been. Was waiting for an update but that’s not happening. Ive been using this app for many months now without issue. The app works very well when I need to view my saved footage and live viewing.
