Worth it for vacuuming but mopping needs work
The vacuuming capability of the S7 is great. The navigation is downright amazing. It never gets stuck and easily navigates both the top and bottom floor of our house. For these reasons, I’d buy the unit again even without the mopping capability.
The mopping capability is not great. I’d go as far as to say it’s unacceptable. No matter if I prewet the mop pad and rewet during the run, it leaves streaks. After multiple attempts to get an acceptable mopping, I’ve given up on the mop feature. I’ve removed the mop pad and run as a vacuum only.Show lessBig bug B
Roborock is rubbish
This is the second Roborock I have had, the first after only 7 months stopped working, we sent it back to be repaired but when it came back it still did not work, we returned it asking for a full refund in June but are still waiting.
Foolishly we bought another which has now stopped working after only 2 weeks.

Lots of features, good interaction with robot
The app does well with the S7 MaxV and I enjoy most of the options. Though since the robot itself doesn’t have a sensor for full dust bin it would be nice if there was a setting to have the robot go back and empty itself (since I have the self emptying dock). Currently you either have to suspend the job, have the robot go back then start a new cleaning job (which wouldn’t clean everything then and take more time) OR I have to manually empty the dustbin which then leaves a mess of its own on the floor for the robot to clean up. I see a setting in the app for emptying but I’m not sure what it does. I have it set to the max but it doesn’t empty until it goes home…Show lessBJackson21!

As a blind person I am thrilled to have a robot clean and mop the floors for me because it’s an arduous task without site. The ability to easily add Siri shortcuts is appreciated but it would be even more functional to have this work with Apple home. That being said the app features do include scheduling and notifications and so far I’ve been able to name rooms and set up shortcuts to clean specific areas of my house. No camera view button
Hi we bought the Roborock s7 max, my husband using an iPhone 13 and I’m using iPhone 11.
But on his app, he can control the Roborock and see Live Photos and camera. However on my app, I don’t even have the button, could you please let me know why? Thank youkaka(｡-_-｡)

My son made it but this when I moved in 6 weeks ago.
What a time saver - omg I’m loving my roborock!! I have a lot of wooden floors and a big house with a split level.
I’d have to be vacuuming every 2nd day with the amount of dust. So it’s a massive time saver not having to.
I love that you can program the cleaning time - and the messages that get sent to your phone!
It took a little while to set up the first time - but wasn’t hard. And that’s it then you’re set.
You have to do a little maintenance like changing the bin and now and then cleaning the roller from long hair but that pretty much it! My only regret is I didn’t get one years ago!Show lessSherinipoo

I have fulfilled all the conditions for the password that you have listed, the password does not pass. I entered the same password to register through the website and it came up, an error in the application. it is not possible to create an account through the application, but it is possible to log in to an account that was previously created through the website. so please check and fix this issue. iPhone 13 pro maxShow lessdianahladush
Option needed
nice to have function - when it stumbles onto something, once obstacle is removed , still goes around it. Would be great to be able to reasses and clean that area not go around the previous piece of furniture or even a pet.DIanaGet lostdisna gey lost
