HugoNo WiFi control
It’s disappointing that the interface to the fan is only via Bluetooth. The advertisements infer connection via WiFi which removes the close proximity requirement for fan control.SW update broke my fan
Apparently they didn’t their latest SW update. Setting presets is completely broken. Switching between auto and manual mode is broken.Recommend

The app used to work just fine and would connect to the fan every time. Now, since the latest update, I have to force close the app and restart it to connect to the fan each time. Not sure what happened, but hoping they’ll fix it.Reliable seasonal settings and connectivity
Bought one several years ago and have added 2 more, one in a rental vs adding air conditioning. Love the 3 speed settings along with customization of thermostat settings. Pretty much set n forget. Definitely a good investment.Lost internet
