Great app held back by lack of strategic development
Firstly, let me just say - great app. Probably the best fitness app I’ve used. But the development has been slow and some key/basic features haven’t yet been implemented, despite being on the roadmap for years now. I’m talking dark mode, option to start your workout week on Monday (instead of the strangely programmed Sunday), more intuitive UI for inputting data, starting timers, etc. I really do hope they get there but with each passing month I lose more faith.

Regarding what you mentioned here, we are continuing to work hard on building out new features, with many of the ones you mentioned on the near-term roadmap. In fact, we just released the first phase of dark mode last week (which you can now enabled within Settings), and other enhancements like a Monday start date option will be coming soon after dark mode is fully rolled out.
