New Update Is Awful
Everything worked perfectly with my bulbs until the new software update. My lights now turn on randomly on their own. I have no schedule set, I removed my group settings. I have even tried removing the bulbs completely from the lamp and removing from the app just to completely start new with the syncing process, which was unsuccessful. I have eight of these bulbs and feel like it’s now a waste of money. So disappointed.Show lessCdr2905
Needs all lighting modes in scenes/ automation.
Works pretty well, but if you’re trying to sync strips with bulbs you’ll have to do it in automation. That being said automation doesn’t support all lighting modes available in the normal light by light settings. As in pulse/ color change, etc. It would be nice if they could implement a fix for this.Show lessStirponden
Awful
This is the worst supported app I have ever used I have globe bulbs as well and there cheap and of course go offline all the time but I can fix those this app won’t let me change my wifi password so I’m stuck with blinking lights my wife is choked and I’m about to smash everything do yourself a favour and don’t buy this awful cheap product please!!!!!!! I knew I would love talking to Alexa
I love being able to tell Alexa to turn on a light but being able to set up a timer has been an extra unexpected perk no more coming home to a dark porch or house.fefe8318

Wireless Remote
These remotes are awesome and very reasonably priced, easy to name and can setup schedule for as many times you want to come on and off any day and multiple times a day. Highly recommended. Tech support actually answers and is extremely helpful.Keith in Missouri
Don’t waste your time with Sylvania or LEDVANCE smart home products
I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent trying different networks, different phones, different apps, different power supplies. Nothing has worked, and numerous messages to Sylvania support were never answered. Still haven’t found a good replacement for this product, but when I do I’ll update this review to suggest one that works.Show lessboss prognosis
Good but
I love this and I love using it and it is definitely better than my last led light but if I set it up to turn it on at a time it never works also when I went into the app I saw that you could play music I let it use my microphone and still it did not work I don’t know if this is my fault or the app’s fault or maybe my lights just broken I don’t know but if I could get some help than that would definitely make me feel better about this situationShow lesstrue and fun
Works but can’t remove groups of devices.
App works as expected but if you set a group there is no way to delete it. I set up a “bedroom” with two bulbs before decided I didn’t want use the bulbs there (turning off at the lamp instead of app confused the bulb). I still use two other bulbs in a separate room, but there is no way to remove the groups “bedroom”. I have removed the bulbs but the group of no bulbs remains. There are “groups” and “rooms”, I don’t know what the difference is. Long press on the groups takes you to device management to remove single bulbs, not groups.Show lessSixleggedghost

You have to experiment to get good at using it.
One weird thing is that sometime this week a “music” tab appeared and I think it is supposed to sync your bulbs up to music. Unfortunately, when you choose it nothing happens except the bulb turns red.Devin Bruce
