  • Adding rental cars does not work

    Adding a rental car only works on the Web site, but does NOT work in this app. This app returns an error message indicating that “effective start date should be before effective end date” even though the start indeed is correctly entered to be before the end date. This app ALWAYS returns this error, so is NOT usable to add rental cars. Ticket to support staff did not yield any helpful response, as they apparently do it understand the error in the app.

  • Easy

    I was just looking for a quick, easy way to keep track of my balance. This is great for that.
  • Can’t get into the app anymore

    I’ve had E-ZPass NJ for a while now and just recently, about two weeks ago, the app keeps telling me that “Service is down. Try again later. “ I can’t get on to put money on my E-ZPass. Why have an app if you can’t get on it and pay. Now I have to call customer service and figure out a way to get on the app and pay my balance. The app is trash.

  • Found two bugs

    New user. I found two bugs: 1) if it is a rental car, the date/time fields are not operating properly. They are scroll inputs that you cannot override, yet you get an error message not accepting the input in the proper for the return. 2) I tried to add funds on my credit card and I get a “system busy, try again later” message.
    Looks like a full usability / UAT testing needs to be performed on all use cases.

  • Nothing E-Z about this horrible app

    Unable to stay logged in after sign in. States that the server has timed out and to try again later.

    When clicking the pay bill option, the app continuously says that there is no violation listed for the number provided, even if it is correct. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work???
  • Does this ever work?

    All I want to see is what my individual toll charges were for an expense report. Every time I use this the server is down or very slow. Typical NJ government, have no problem taking your money and they only make living here worse each day. Can’t wait to leave this state and go somewhere that will give me paper bags when I am grocery shopping.

  • Hard time signing in

    Ever since the digital sign in the app hasn’t allowed me to sign in seems there is no update for this I’ve been using website. Anyone having issues like that.
  • Customer service failure

    Aside from Comcast, who is the undisputed champion of inept customer service, EZ Pass is right up there. An hour and 45 minutes to reach a representative on a Tuesday at noon. Lovely experience, capped off with a 30 second loop explaining that I can go to the webpage if I’d like to get this done faster. Rubbing in the point they do not offer this service on their website. Really bad job here, blatant disregard for customers

  • Obvious features missing= theft of money

    So why can’t you guys add a feature to cancel auto payments, on top of that jumping my “auto replenish payments” up to $90. If it’s so hard to reach you guys to figure such a simple issue even going online then it’s plane simple. Just a theft of money. You have no idea how much of an inconvenience it can be to have 90$ be subtracted from your account when you’re not even around the amount of having no money to pay. Also why do YOU guys makes a. Decision like that? It’s our money not yours

  • Bad not user friendly at all

    Government app should be user friendly and I expected it to be modern. This doesn’t look like it has been updated. Nobody was looking into it. Also, the website as well, everytime you want to go back, it signs you off and has to sign in over and over again.
