My glasses broke. I didn't have enough money to pay for another pair with my eye doctor. A friend of mine told me about Zenni and recommended you. I was skeptical buy I decided to try. I couldn't give you enough stars!!! Thank you for giving me a wonderful and beautiful pair of glasses! I will write anything to help this company. I am planning on buying all of my glasses from you and I have told everyone I know how happy I am. Thank you for being the reputable business you are🙏🥰
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses. I received one, which broke right in the center, quite literally while sitting on a table, not in use. I tried cancelling my second order, not feeling the quality was worth investing more in until rectified - but no. You have 24 hours to cancel an order, even though it’s still weeks out. Support your local optician, these are low quality plastic and apparently don’t even last 3 weeks.
The ‘developer’ response is that my glasses broke as if it’s my fault. The pair that broke was not being worn, was a backup pair for an existing pair that I’d had for several years. The Zenni frames broke in the center while sitting still on a dresser. Since then, they have continued to present cracks all around the lenses also. Your product is trash and so is your support!
By far the hardest to navigate cart and checkout process I have seen in years! Are you kidding me? I feel lucky that I was finally able to reorder a pair of glasses while changing its prescription. It reaaally shouldn’t have to be hard. For example when I clicked on “reorder item” there is no indication anywhere I can customize my reorder. Oh yes and another thing when you tap on “cart” it just shows you your order history. Extremely confusing.
When I started looking I was having the most difficulty with finding how to enter my rx, finding the right size frame, etc…BUT then I asked the bot a lot of questions and got most of them answered. THEN I called the customer service number and they fixed me right up but still stayed on the phone until I had ALL the info in! Top Notch Customer Service!!
I’ve been purchasing random tinted glasses to copy Robert Downey Jr. who I am a huge fan of and like looking like… Last year I discovered Zenni optical the glasses company and now I have over 17 pairs soon to be 20 pairs of the most gorgeous glasses I’ve ever purchased in my life! I always tried to look for more expensive fancy looking glasses and Zenni optical really brings the rich fancy flashy sexy style that Robert Downey Jr. has! I am so beyond happy I found this company because it’s affordable and I’m not even close to done buying pair after pair after pair after pair…..😎🥸🤓
These glasses totally rock dude! These glasses are great from surfing these waves or hitting up karaoke night! Are you embarrassed to go talk to the woman/man in the coffe line? We’ll put on your Zenni glasses and they’ll give you a rocking confidence next thing you know five years from now your married with a family and that white picket fence while holding your surfer’s board dude! Surfer’s up dude!

I was able to order my glasses on line
They looked exactly like they looked on my digital try-on (actually even better)
They were perfect- fit and style!
Even my name that’s engraved in 2 different spots❤️
I’ve had my glasses for at least 6 months and I am not nice to my glasses- sat on and dropped daily! And they are still in really, almost perfect condition
The clip on sunglasses 🕶️ are also on point!

You do have to be nice to them- they are a little fragile, but still pretty durable (they get dropped right along with the glasses🤦🏼♀️)
The reason I wound up leaving this review is because I was reordering the “Nighttime Yellow” clip-ons!!! Which are total game changers!
I had to call customer service- an issue that I ultimately figured out while on the call with Mika- it was just me being me
But Zenni’s customs service is top-notch!
(Like they can get in your phone screen with you and walk you through it all)
So to wrap it up
Zenni is an awesome choice for your eyewear!

Also I must add the prices are unbeatable. The reason I’m writing this review and giving Zenni 5 stars today is because I just found out about there fast frames. I ordered prescription glasses and In 7 days there being shipped out and they will arrive in 2 days, I’ve never received glasses in less than 3 weeks + shipping time. This is amazing because I’ve broken my only pair of glasses before and the feeling of having to deal with blurred vision for almost a month is sickening to me. Zenni thanks so much for running a great business.

Order I rec’d had clear frames when I ordered what was described as blue. Frames are too tall, wanted to return and reorder a 3cm hgt on frames. Now have all I need but ordering page won’t come up, stalls at “save prescription or skip it”, won’t go beyond this page. Never had so much trouble trying to spend money. Also need info on returning 1st order glasses. I have been a happy customer for 7 yrs. Is their new mgmt? Purchase process has deteriorated… get your phone fixed!!
My first review was speaking on the app for iOS and it was complicated using it because it kept crashing and not loading.
I decided to go to the website on my laptop and that was fast, easy and simpler than using the app.
I got the glasses I wanted - I got the prescription I needed - I got a really good black Friday deal and I got my glasses processed and on the way through delivery very quick.
I definitely will get the rest of my prescriptions and glasses from this company.
