    I have been using Zenni since 2017. Quality trending styles that are exactly as advertised. I have paid as much as $600 at the eye doctor in the past for glasses of lower quality. At these prices you can buy several to wear for different occasions. Thank you Zenni, I tell my friends about you all of the time because they don’t know how I can afford so
    many pairs for everyday casual, work, business dress, and a night on the town. It’s easy! Zenni! And the quality can’t be beat in addition to the try on feature. I can see how they will look while I’m shopping! Outstanding! And we can’t forget the promo codes to save even more! I saved 30% today!

  • Awesome Glasses at an Awesome Price

    I have so many pairs of Zenni. I now buy two pair at a time. One I use for most day to day activities and one for computer near distance. Of course as new styles come in I also buy typically a set in the spring and one in the fall. I get so many compliments and I always recommend Zenni. My guess is I have been buying from them for over 10 years or maybe longer with the stacks of glasses I now own.
  • Extremely disappointed

    I have bought a couple pairs of glasses from Zenni before and I was very happy. But with my latest purchase the glasses I received were not the right prescription. I had them checked and they were a different prescription that what they were supposed to be. When I got into contact with costumer service they told me I could only get 100% store credit but I still had to pay for the shipping, or 50% of my money back. That does not make sense to me considering they are the ones that made the order wrong and shipped them out to me, so why do I have to pay for their mistake? And I ordered 3 different pairs of glasses and every single one of them were wrong.
  • Forever a fan!

    I am a single mom and unfortunately my insurance does not cover glasses. My eyes started deteriorating about 3 yrs ago. One morning I woke up and my vision was extremely blurry. I went to the eye doctor and was diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes. I am only 30. I searched high and low for stylish, comfortable, and most importantly affordable glasses. Finally I found Zenni! My glasses arrived in less than a week and were perfect!
  • Zenni is great, app has missing features

    i REALLY like zenni, the website. the app doesn’t allow you to sort your filtered results, which is annoying, and also doesn’t show any of the selfies taken by customers in the glasses, which is a huge mistake for business. I’ve purchased 7 frames from Zenni, 6 of them I only bought because they had a picture of a real person in the glasses. imo you’re better off just saving the website to your Home Screen as an icon.

    (Arguing with a boy here but…) Response to Developer “…we’re sorry to read that you cannot sort your filtered results”, yeah, I’m sorry too, that’s why I wish it were possible.
  • Can’t login to the app with my Zenni credentials.

    I have an active account and have purchased glasses twice in the pst two months. But I do that on the website and not with the app. Why? Because each time I try to login to the app, I get a “error updating profile” pop up and I’m unable to login.

    I have sent multiple support questions and screenshots to Zenni. I’ve also called them. They have been unresponsive. When I email support, they told me to call support. So when I called support, they told me to email instead.

    Zenni has great glasses and the website works fine. But support combined with the app is poor. I’m a developer myself and understand the authN methods, and it seems like a bug that could be fixed.
  • Very Satsified!!

    Received my first pair in the mail today and I LOVE THEM!!! I can’t believe I’m just now shopping online for glasses. I was always so scared I wouldn’t like them as much once they came but they are EXACTLY what I expected and I just absolutely love them, I am so pleased with my order. I’m currently scrolling through the Zenni app about to order 2 more pairs. So I am very grateful for my customer at my job telling me about this app a couple of weeks ago. Greatest tip ever dude.

    This app is simple to navigate and the user interface is pleasant to use. Much better than the website! I can pick multiple at one time, rather than having to reopen the whole filter drop-down menu. I look forward to making my first purchase. Time for an optometrist call.

    I’ve ordered at least 30 pairs of glasses from you guys lately I’ve had some issues trying to get my prescription to work on your sunglasses however if I go to Costco or somewhere local it’s not a problem and it’s the same type of lens with and scope of the glasses not sure what the issue is but it is frustrating so I ended up ordering another pair of progressive even though I wanted sunglasses if you would like to contact me you have my information

    I have been ordering from Zenni for years. There’s not a day that goes by that someone doesn’t ask me where I bought my glasses. For as many customer’s as I have sent y’all, I hope that you appreciate me as much as I do you. I am in retail and if you had a section that you could select for referral, I’d probably rank number one. Your product and customer service is exceptional! Keep doing what you’re doing and thank you for allowing me to see with a funky look to match my personality.
