ProtoFit is now one year old, and it is becoming more mature. The new version introduces new app icon and updated app colors. It also includes bug fixes and performance improvements for iOS 15.

We continue improving our sound guidance system. In this version, we have added exercise name announcement. With this feature, the timer will announce the name of the exercise that is starting, so you can focus on training rather than remembering the order of exercises. You can turn this feature on and off in Settings. We are constantly working on improving our product and your experience. Stay tuned for further updates!

In this version we introduce workout scheduling. You can now schedule your saved workouts and receive alerts about them. With this new feature you can: - schedule a workout for a specific date; - schedule a workout for specific days of the week; - receive reminders about upcoming workouts. This version also includes minor bug fixes and improvements.

This version introduces a social aspect to the app. You can now share your saved workouts with your fellow workout enthusiasts. These shared workouts can then be imported to and saved in the app - you only need to open the shared file with our app installed on your device. Please note that the person you share your workouts with needs to have ProtoFit installed on their device to open the file with the workouts. To enhance the social aspect of this update even further, we have created Facebook and Instagram pages for our app. You can find the links to them in the Settings. Make sure to Like and Follow us to join the community of like-minded people and stay up to date with app-related news. We are constantly working on improving our product and your experience. This version introduces the new look for the Tracker. The activity chart is now interactive: tap on a date to see workout duration. The information in the Tracker is more readable and aesthetically pleasing. This update also addresses the crash after deleting a saved workout. More exciting features are on the way!

Workout creation and editing has become faster and easier! You can now copy and paste multiple existing exercises at once without the hassle of creating each exercise separately. Press Copy exercises, select the exercises you want to copy, and when you are Done, they will be added to the workout in the order of selection. Bug fixes and improvements also included.

ProtoFit: Workout & HIIT timer is the tool you need for time-based workouts. With its custom exercise parameters, ProtoFit is the most versatile workout timer suitable for any workout type, including tabata, HIIT, interval training or any other workout you can think of. And it can also help you track your workouts and activity to make sure you stick to your workout plan. Create custom workouts by fine-tuning the duration of each exercise and rest time between sets and exercises, hit Start, and let the ProtoFit timer do its work. Using sound and visual guidance, it will automatically move from exercise to rest period and then to the next exercise, so you do not have to set a separate timer for each exercise manually. You can also save and edit your custom workouts in the app to avoid the hassle of creating them every time you want to exercise. Your saved workouts can then be shared with your training friends and imported to and saved in the app. After you finish a workout, it is automatically saved to the app’s Tracker where you can track your daily, weekly and monthly physical activity. ProtoFit also helps you build habits. You can schedule your saved workouts and receive reminders about them, so you never miss a workout.
