Over the years, I have struggled with many hardships. With all the hardships stacked on top of each other, not too long ago, I had my first true mental breakdown. With not enough money for counseling or therapy, I had to handle alone. It was the hardest experience I’ve ever gone through mentally and emotionally, it even affected me physically. I still struggle with hardships, and I still have to navigate them alone.
When I saw Rosamund Pike talking about it on Instagram, I was intrigued, I’ve been wanting help. When I found out, she narrated the dialogue, I wanted to try it. Rosamund Pike voice has a calming effect on me, a voice I’ve come to rely on when I’m feeling stressed. This app challenges you, to dig deeper within yourself and find these problems, or uplift you and puts positive thoughts in your mind. This app is helping me navigate a minefield of thoughts, and I am becoming more aware of what to lock out and why it’s happening.Show lessFighting myself

Pretty sure I got abducted by aliens on the first go. If you’re into that sorta thing. 😂 Jokes aside, this is possibly the most fun and exciting experience I’ve ever had meditating or just using an app. I’ve tried all of the mental health and meditation apps. I mean ALL OF THEM. I’ve experimented, poked and prodded, and rang up a few Shamans, yet THIS APP is what I was looking for. I never leave reviews and I’ve literally sent this app to everyone I know. (Who doesn’t have epilepsy, of course.) This has incredible therapeutic and mental health potential that’s accessible, affordable, and deeply needed for those seeking to rewire our modern mind-field. Able to breath better and my mind is more clearer. Would recommend to anyone who needs to take a short visual trip to get high.
