  • Horrible UX And Ui

    As a UX designer, I know this app needs significant improvements. It keeps asking me to enter a password, and when I do, it tells me it’s invalid. I tried many ways to follow the standards of a password needed. But it wouldn’t tell me what I was doing wrong. I need to empathize with the importance of using UX and UI when creating an app.

For Mabuhay Miles enrollment, your password must contain the following: -Minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) characters. -Must include one number. -Must contain at least 1 upper and 1 lower case for letters. -Must include one special character.   • Horrible

    App keeps crashing and freezing. Still better to use the web portal even though that is bad too. Inline with what is expected sadly with this airline.

  • Smooth booking

    I’m a super frequent flyer and PAL app has had issues in the past but they keep on improving. Most recent booking process went smooth with no issues.

  • Not user friendly

    You don't have the ability to go back to the prior page of you want to edit or revise any of your entry. You have to go back all over again and start a new search.
    Needs big time we site improvement. Please have one of your bosses try to book his own flight so he/she can see on his own

  • Really???

    Its a waste of time… keeps going back to fill in because it wont let you enter the info its asking, have to do it how msny times… and ehen you finally get to the password, keeps asking to put valid password… had tried changing it trying to put Capital letter and even special character. I dont know what kind of valid password they ate asking, it would be nice if it says, PAL you are just wasting my time… Delete the APP already if it cannot be fixed. Mabuhay???

  • Worst Airline App

    Tried setting up password several times. Kept giving me error but won't say what the error was. Star to rate - ZERO! 😡
  • Password creation

    Does not tell you what the rules are for password creation. I was attempting to register and the app would not accept any of my passwords. Even worse there was no message alerting me to what was a “correct” or “legal” password. Worst travel app ever!
  • Can’t set password

    Amazing that this issue is still happening since December! Can’t register and set a password. Infuriating and quite concerning.
  • Are you kidding?!!

    This app is impossible! Like all the other reviews, you cannot get past the registration portion. I have set up the password all different ways: simple name, with numbers, no numbers, other characters… c’mon seriously?!?
