App not working at all

I used to be able to use the app to book flights but now it won’t even open. Whenever I click the app it crashes and won’t open. The old version opens however won’t accept my credentials. I contacted support but all they can say is try a little bit later. I have been trying for more than a week now. So frustrated

All the reviews read about the same and all you get as a response is a canned message computer generated. What I glean is they don’t care about fixing or have no one competent to fix the bugs. I’m afraid to rely on PAL to book a load. Guess it’s time to take my business to another airline and travel with peace of mind. PAL boasts how much they have improved but couldn’t prove it by me

Really BAD App

Wont let me create new password-gorgot my password help; cannot create new registration; really poor app management

Beware!

This app kept insisting that we still owed an outstanding balance for seats which neither we, or the airline, could remove despite them confirming that nothing was actually owed. Uninstalling and reinstalling app had no effect, the option to remove outstanding invoices just produced an error. Ended up uninstalling app and not bothering with it as definitely not reliable.

Worst App Ever

I hate this app. I downloaded on both my phone and iPad in advance of an upcoming trip. I spent an hour trying to register as a user only to have the app fail for an unspecified reason each time. The app is not intuitive or easy to use. In my case, I couldn’t even register as a user.

I will fly this flight and not bother with mileage because I can’t believe an airline with an app this useless is going to be any fun to fly. Wish me luck. I’m going to need it.

Unable to book trip

I have the most recent version of this app on my iPhone 13 Pro (also has the latest iOS). However searching for flights to book always returns with error message like “something went wrong….”. Once error message window is closed, then some sort of Recovery window show up. I have tried to book trips many times during the past week, the app just didn’t work.

This is a classic example of losing business because attention to details is lacking

No available seats left notification

PAL website displays available seats left whereas the app doesn’t.

20 minutes to change password

Too hassle to change password. They have more difficulty than a bank’s change password feature.

Food on flight is like plastic. I think I’ll get sick and carcinogens from the plastic taste!
