We were advised by our travel agent to link our Mabuhay Miles account to the app for full functionality like other airlines. The app would not let me set a password despite trying all combinations and there are no guidelines as to what the password manager requires! Get this fixed PAL and join the rest of the airlines!Arnel Eugenio

For Mabuhay Miles enrollment, the password must contain the following: -Minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) characters. -Must include one number. -Must contain at least 1 upper and 1 lower case for letters. -Must include one special character. Worst Airline App
Everything is just so slow! I tried managing my booking through the app but it never went to the proper landing page. Gave up after an hour. I tried booking another flight, I had to wait another 15 minutes to choose the flight I wanted.KSDC18

Worst app and not work
The app asks for info that does not exist and won’t let you move on. You can’t sign in. You can reset password because it asks for some code that does not exist. Then the required fields in address entry do not make sense or your city does not exist on the list. Therefore you can’t do anything about it. Can’t log in. Can’t use. Completely useless.

I tried many times to create a password..no instructions on how to create a password..it just says invalid password.. keep on guessing what is a valid password…so frustratingjfkfnalkh

Won’t let me set a password
I am currently traveling Southeast Asia. I saw a flight that included Philippines airlines. So I decided to set up an account with them and book directly. I went to register and filled out all the information but it would not let me set a password. It kept telling “set an approved password” after trying for 5 minutes I finally became frustrated and simply gave up. Also they ask way to many redundant questions. Quite possibly the most complicated registration I have ever done with an airline. What a pityJeffjcrooks
