  • Can’t setup password for app

    I can’t get past creating a password. It just tells me something wrong with what I’m trying to use but doesn’t tell you what’s wrong making it impossible to register or create a login. I gave up after an hour of spinning my wheels.

    The website isn’t any better.

  • Cannot login app, but can login on webpage

    Using same login info, I cannot log into app but can log into webpage browser
  • You have a number of usability issues

    Just a couple of issues

    - when searching for city of residence, you don’t provide a number of cities or options to type it in. You recommend searching again.

    - Password creation doesn’t explicitly tell you what the problem is. Not enough characters? No special characters? It’s a guessing game to what is a valid password. I couldn’t get past that form.

  • app needs improvement

    even after updating and reinstalling the app it still keep freezing and crashing!not user friendy coz of these reasons!so frustrating to use
  • Worst airline app there is.

    If I could zero star this app I would. I got logged out and when I tried to log back in, I am told my login credentials are incorrect and you cannot reset password without a member code that was never received.

    It’s a shame that a national carrier has such a lousy app and website.
  • Can’t Log-in to My Trips

    I can’t get past Terms and Conditions. I checked the accept checkbox and press Continue but nothing happens. But works if you continue as guest. It doesn’t save my trips. Check-in is not working.
  • Not user friendly

    Will not accept user ID even though it asks to enter either user ID or email. Good luck putting your date of birth—- you will have to go back through all the months and years if you are older.

    I am trying to add a trip but as soon as I type in the ticket no or the booking ref, the app just froze. Useless
