I love this app!
Our Hubble monitor that came with our camera broke so I downloaded the app, and I’m so glad I did. I work 12 hour shifts and it’s so nice to be able to check on my girl when I know she’s in her crib playing or down for a nap. The encryption safety gives me peace of mind too that we’re the only ones watching. I love being able to talk through the app even when I’m away from home, and I can even play her music or stories. The picture quality is great! Also the motion detection helps me keep track of night time feeds and how often she wakes up. Having such easy access all the time is a dream. So thankful we were gifted this monitoring system!Show lesselainac2

We payed for the premium version and it’s not made much of a difference unfortunately, they promote that the premium version gives you options to add recordings, but it’s only one recording and not only is it low quality but it’s like using an old computer rather than a high tech smartphone, the stories are very short instead of long stories that keep them interested, there’s no option to shuffle stories and there’s also not an option to link the stories or recordings to play simultaneously from both cameras (twins in same bedroom but far apart). I do recommend it for the safety and easy enough navigation on the handheld but.. had we have been the ones who payed for this out of pocket. I’d possibly say otherwise.

Two major bugs:
- if you use the Hubble Partners app for an Oricom camera, it counts the login for each app as a different trusted device. This means the second parent can’t login UNLESS you pay for premium subscription.
- it’s buggy. The feeding timer stops counting if you look at another app or if the Lock Screen times in. Why?
If you want to add to the stress of this challenging stage of your life, by all means install this fifth rate app.

Hello Alex4Kew, Thank you for your review. Using the basic plan you can log into the HubbleClub app from 2 mobile devices using the same login details. If you would like to log in from more than 2 mobile devices, then you can upgrade the subscription to a Premium one and log in from an unlimited devices and use camera sharing feature. In regards to the feeding tracker: the timer does not stop if you started it and opened another app meantime. The camera is good quality, and when you view it on your phone the picture is great, but when viewing on the included monitor, the resolution is completely lost along with any sort of definition. The monitor quality is so low. Otherwise it’s an ok monitor and app. It’s consistently annoying how the app and monitor are always pushing for you to buy the premium subscription service, which we never did, and things still work fine if you can ignore their sales attempts. It would be great if you could rotate the camera downward a full 90 degrees; it currently only rotates somewhere around 75 or so, so we can’t always see the full crib space. I think if we were to need another monitor we would look for better options.Show lesskhumfreville

It’s genuinely a good camera to have for watching your little one, it does lag from time to time meaning you don’t get the quickest notification to let you know the like one has moved. Records the moments when the little one moves.
You can control the high light and melody’s from your phone app alongside talking to them and sleep training - I haven’t tried the sleep training as my little one is two, and sleeps well! I don’t usually leave reviews but I can not shout about how good this piece of kit is any louder! It has been a total god send for is. Without a doubt the the best purchase we have made having a newborn. I honestly can not think of what we would have done without it.
It’s so easy to set up and use and my wife and o both have the app so I can log on whilst at work during the day and check up on our little one.
You can control the lights and music and always be just a few touches away from seeing your little one.
My wife and I can sit in the garden after we have got the little one down and have one phone open and be at total ease of mind that everything is ok, whilst we would usually run up and down the stairs to make sure!

Absolutely spot on have been using this since my son was born and it’s fantastic any movement or if he wakes and cries it notifies me about everything and if I’m out and he’s in bed or if his dad is working away he can log in and see him and I will continue usingmizzsarah123

This app pushes their premium service so hard that at any one time there are no less than 3 prompts on screen at the same time to sign up or try a feature locked behind a paywall. The connection process is awful and seemingly handicapped for no good reasons. It only works on 2.4g and the network name can’t have special characters? The slightest movement triggers the report a bug feature then it’s been designed to discourage you from leaving feedback by being overly difficult and has a terrible ui. To complete the setup you have to tell them where you bought it so really the only thing they’re honest with is the data they’re gathering on you. This is a joke and obviously driven by greedy upper management who have no idea what an actual quality product was if it bit them in the face.Show lessJagger_Naught

Best baby camera app and tracking I have encountered together. So simple that even my parents have found the app easy to use.

Had great reviews so thought I would try it. Camera now picks up no motion gone through all settings advised on website and instructions. Reset the device 5 times to see but nothing. Do not recommend the Hubble pal essential especially if it’s for putting babies in there room for the first time.. not reliable now have to purchase another camera! Have been in contact with the company and no reply’s do not waste your money on this or any of there productsShow lessHbthrh
