  • If i could rate 1 star every day of my life I would

    This is truly atrocious. I only have the Hubble guardian plus to monitor vitals and sleep pattern and it doesn’t even work for that. The wearable disconnects despite perfect wifi connectivity. The app has an option to notify if it disconnects/falls off or if vitals are off and it doesn’t actually notify. It doesn’t tell you what the parameters are for you to be notified in regards to vitals. I have only had this for about a week and I have yet to experience a night that this thing actually works how it’s supposed to. In fact, tonight it decided to just completely give up. It says it’s connected but it hasn’t updated since this morning when I took it off of her and then states in a different spot that it’s charging when it most definitely is on my child’s ankle. Horrible. 0/5. Will be returning.

  • Bad camera

    Do not buy this camera! It never works, and heaven forbid the internet gets restarted then the whole camera is shot. This happened to us, and the camera will not work. Even went as far as deleting the camera and trying to repair it and it won’t even pair. That’s not even talking about the headache of the initial set up when it worked for a moment. Worst process ever. Just save your money and avoid this one and buy an owlet. Will give you better reliability, better picture and a headache free set up. Can’t stress enough to just spend the extra money. Plus I forgot to add they get you on a subscription so that you can have more than one device connected to this camera…NOT WORTH IT! Do not waste your money because by the time you invest all the money it requires you could have just bought an owlet and been much happier.

  • Broken Baby Monitor

    Hello,
    We've had our monitor for less than 3 months and it isn't working anymore, it’s a Hubble Nursery Pal Essentials 2.8.
    It has a solid green light and won't connect to either my phone or the screen. I've tried resetting it multiple times and still nothing. I went to Argos today to replace it but they said I needed to email you first to confirm they can replace it for being faulty so please can you do so ASAP as we are now without a baby monitor which is not ideal at all.

  • Great baby monitor

    Love the music and nightlight features too. Useful as a cat flap monitor too when my granddaughter isn’t here! Video streaming quality is better on iPhone than on standalone monitor, but that’s fine too. Does the job well. Pleased with purchase.

  • Okay camera. Awful app

    The camera and monitor work okay. The app however, is awful. It lags all the time, fails to notify me for sounds or motions constantly, suddenly disconnects and takes hours to connect back to camera. It is so frustrating. And not to even mention if you’re using the logging functions for feeds and growth. You have to input things twenty times as they magically disappear. Sometimes you input a feed and it saves as two for no apparent reason, when you delete one, then the whole log goes blank. Everytime I try to pull it up at the pediatrician’s office for questions and to show it NEVER works. Always shows as if nothing is there. It wants you to upgrade for many basic functions too. Given my experience with the basic app, I would not even think to upgrade to the subscription based app. Not the happiest with the Hubble platform in general

    App only gets worse with time. Customer service reached out to help and did nothing. It’s supposed to email their team directly when it glitches but that has never happened as it always asks to configure email settings, which has been done at least 8 times this week alone and continues to show the same message. Id you rely on the app for anything other than the monitor good luck. Our ped asked us to keep a feeding log and at first the glitches and errors didnt seem to be the worst, but it’s been 10 months of constantly fixing up logs and triple checking things.

  • Wow.

    The app is straight awful. I love the camera and the monitor that came with it, but I’ve been trying for EIGHT HOURS to get the app to work and I can’t even log in. I had an older model camera that was gifted to us that ran off the old app and it had its issues as well but I figured it was just that it was since the camera was 6 years old. However now I see that the company just isn’t capable of creating an app that works well. I tried to create an account and it said my email was already connected so I used my log in from the previous app. It just spins and spins and spins. I left my phone sitting for an hour and a half and went back to look at it ( it had stayed unlocked the entire time.) STILL SPINNING. I’m so tempted now to take this camera back since I just bought it today and get a totally different brand due to the app issues. If you’re buying this camera for the sole purpose of the app, DON’T.

The HubbleConnected cameras work with the HubbleClub app. It is not possible to create the HubbleClub account with the email address associated with another Hubble account. You need to use a different email address or you can delete the existing Hubble account and then you will be able to use the email address from that account to create the HubbleClub account.   • A new MUST FEATURE

    thi s works for us and has been great so far however as an app that parents would use mostly at night it would seem more appropriate to add a toggle to switch on night view or some darker app background as it’s extremely annoying looking all this bright whites at night times

  • Doesn’t work AT ALL.

    I bought Guardian+ to give me some peace of mind while my baby was sleeping, but from the day I bought it the device and the app both DO NOT WORK!

    I keep trying to connect the Guardian+ and it always fails to connect to my wifi router. If I could include pictures I would. The device stalls at the “Please wait while we set up your device” and then I just keep receiving, “Sorry, there was an error in setting up your Guardian+” and then it makes me start all over. I know the problem is not my router, and I should have read the reviews before I bought it. I can’t even use the base with the ankle monitor without the app. It does nothing, and shows nothing. I basically just bought a very expensive Bluetooth speaker. I am so UPSET.

    And then I sent the app creators an email only to receive back, We are currently receiving a large volume of inquiries and will do our best to respond quickly. Please expect a reply within 2 business days. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am ET to 8 pm ET.”

    So basically the Guardian+ and their app Hubble Club is completely useless.

    I feel completely scammed. I do not recommend.

    I bought Owelet in the past and it worked wonderfully. Unfortunately they are not selling their old foot monitors anymore. I wish they were I would but another one, at least the devices and app worked.

  • Used to be great! Now terrible!

    My husband and I used to be able to both view the baby cam app on our phones. Now the app logs us both out all of the time! The camera’s motion capture stopped recording video, I contacted the support team and after 3 months they still have not resolved the issue and the service has got worse. Constant issues. Looking for my receipt to return a now faulty product to the store. Don’t bother with this product, return the camera now!

  • Not great

    There are some good qualities such as night vision, temperature, night light, speaker, motion detection, and music. If only they worked. There have been several times where the temperature as way lower higher than it actually is. Also, it detects motion when there is absolutely nothing in the room. Even when I set the motion detection to be less sensitive I still get hundreds of motion videos a day. I want to know when there is someone is in the room or if my baby is moving, not when a particle of dust goes by. The app likes to kick us out and then when we sign in it says there are already two devices signed in even though it is only mine and my husband signed in. I don’t know why you have to press the mic button then press it again to speak but it throws me off every time as I forget to press the button the second time. Finally I get onto the app and select my camera only for it to show the recorded videos and not my feed. For some reason it is not connecting. This app has a lot of issues who th makes me wonder why it has such high reviews in the App Store
