  • Couldn’t get video streaming

    Added camera successfully and was getting alerts but couldn’t figure out how to actually view it. Ridiculous. Ended up downloading the other app - not sure the difference between them

  • Would rather use a 20$ baby monitor.

    I bought this because it came with a monitor was wide view and it came with an app. The monitor cuts out some times says it’s offline most the time it goes to a green screen or purple screen been like this since I bought it I tried connecting to the app and no matter what I do the app will not connect with my baby monitor I tried reaching out for help and all they did was send me trouble shooting solutions I had already tried. No one has fixed this problem and I can’t use this on my phone which is the whole reason I bought it 200$ down the drain.

    Update: don’t even bother they never answer for support and they never help you. Can’t since I bought it connect it to any wifi to view from the app on my phone I’m tired of waiting for a response this camera is junk. The camera cuts in and out when it wants since I bought it doesn’t have good sound quality and to top it off like I said can’t be used with my phone which was the whole reason I got it.

  • Would not recommend this brand

    I was given the Hubble Pal Cloud as a gift and I would not recommend buying this brand. If you need to talk to customer service good luck! No phone number, only an email that never responds to you. I have emailed them multiple times the first one being over a week ago and there response time is 2 business days. My camera unconnected every two weeks for no reason (I have very good WiFi with no connection issues) and then this last time it will not reset, will not pair and will not reconnect to my app. Very frustrating when you can’t get ahold of anyone and no one responds to emails. I would think again before using this brand. (Update - there is no point in emailing the support email😂 they DO NOT respond to you!!!) HIGHLY would not recommend these products.

  • Why subscription?

    Paid nearly $200 for my device only to find out a large portion of features are locked behind yet more money. I shouldn’t have to subscribe to a monthly fee just to change my baby zone so the motion detector doesn’t go off for unrelated reasons as an example. I’ve paid enough for the device and I expect to have access to all of its functionality. I’m still considering a refund for this product so I can buy a cheaper camera that does the same as this one doe. Subscription is cheap but I feel unnecessary.

    I’ve also dealt with Wi-Fi issues and the camera is only 1 room away from router.
    I would also say the included hand held monitor has very low quality visuals. I can use my phone to view which looks much better but the device should be using a much higher resolution so I’m not looking at a blurry baby.

    All in all it serves its purpose but admittedly my expectations where much higher.

  • Makes you more anxious due to multiple glitches, Get a normal IP camera

    It’s a good camera with basic features but the drive to make me spend money on this app is ridiculous… I already spend 300 dollars for this setup, what on earth makes you and your constituents think that I’d pay a yearly fee ONTOP OF THAT!! Lol, share holder ideas always make me laugh cause only they come up with stupid ideas that make it through production. Stop doing server maintenance at unannounced times, I was busy in the kitchen and all the sudden it goes down with no warning and I have no way to take care of the house while my baby is down cause I can’t hear or see them. I’ve also had issues with the connection based on the really poor quality NIC inside the unit which causes drops RIGHT NEXT to my Wi-Fi router, I cannot hardwire the connection tho at this point my money is better spent making a custom system that dosent show me adds instead of my son when I open it. It affects my response time, it affects my son due me not being able to work around the house while he’s asleep. It all around will just make you more ANXIOUS which is the exact opposite reason to have the camera

  • It works most of the time.

    When it’s working- it’s really nice!

    So the baby monitor itself works well with the camera, but the app will constantly say the camera is offline when it’s not because it working between the baby monitor just fine. Often shutting it down and reopening fixes the issue- sometimes.

    When you open the app, the camera feed also does not automatically connect- you have to press the play button to see the live feed. For a while I was really confused until I figured that out. If I’m opening the app- I want to see my baby.

  • Has many issues that shouldn’t happen

    It has many bugs that should be fixed. My camera won’t even allow me to turn on the privacy setting. I’ve reported the issue and still it hasn’t been fixed. The quality of the image isn’t so great compared to other cheaper cameras. It says it’s connecting most of the time. I have to close the app and open again for it to work properly. I give it 3 stars only because I’ll give some blame to the wifi (even though I have good wifi since everything else works perfect just not this camera app)

  • Camera never connects

    It’s such a shame with this camera as it worked perfectly for 3 months and then all of a sudden stopped connecting and wouldn’t pair, it now won’t hard reset after following all instructions. There is no people to talk to in the UK only America and what they suggest doesn’t work and just to return it to the supplier with no reason as to why it’s not working. Now after looking at other reviews this camera seems to be consistent at not working.

  • App and monitor often un-sync

    I’ve been using the app with the monitor for 6 months now and they are very frustrating. When I was only using one camera, the system was much more reliable. Now I’m running two cameras total, one in each room and they are only 15 feet away from each other. Both cameras are on the upper level and the router is directly below on the main level. One of the cameras wouldn’t even connect to the internet so I installed my range extender on the upper level. Finally got both cameras connected but one if not both have daily issues. Using the monitor and app at the same time cause frequent issues staying in sync. When I change the music/night light on the monitor, sometimes it doesn’t register on the app that they are already on, or vice versa. So I’m required to toggle the setting several times to get the device back in sync. Then sometimes I wake up in the morning and both cameras completely reset themselves so there is no music or light on, without any kind of power surge. Even right now while writing this review the app says one of my cameras isn’t connected and needs a restart. This is a weekly occurrence where I need to restart one of them so they will re-connect to the server. I like the dual monitor functionality but I would never buy these again.
