So Many Bugs
This app barely works. It typically takes several restarts to see item pricing, and now I cannot choose a store to order in. Both the website and app’s store feature is down, in which case I will have to check the catalog in person; not ideal from a CX perspective. Thinking of switching to an alternative brand as I’ve had so many issues with the CosmoProf app and site.Kayżia
Shipping bug has been a persistent problem
This app is unable to correctly calculate costs at check out. I reached out to cosmoprof a few weeks ago when shipping was ringing up at a whopping $60 and they assured me this would be fixed soon. It is still not fixed. I can’t check out online without being charged more money than I should be. The app could use some new developers.Sammie0112
Charges for products
I have had several instances where I placed an order for pick up and the items were not available after the fact. I don’t understand how this can happen so maybe we need to get this is an updated for the inventory to be correct. The worst part is I have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the charges to be added back to my account. Maybe do like Salon Centric and offer pay at time of pickup.bhlss
Incredibly Awful
As beauty industry professionals we need access to the products we use for our clients. Cosmoprof stores are hardly ever stocked with the products I need so I’m forced to order online. Not only is the cosmoprof app one of the least intuitive apps I’ve had to use (the website is absolutely no better) but it’s constantly MISSING products. I do not understand how cosmoprof is even still in business but we are held hostage and forced to use cosmoprof since we mostly cannot order directly from the companies. Shipping is ridiculous and the slowest I have ever experienced. When your stores are not even stocked properly and I have no choice but to order online the app and system should be adequate. This is the farthest from adequate.jesiqqqa
Awful
This is one of the slowest and least user friendly apps I’ve ever used. Clicking on essentially anything in your cart is a joke. Changed my default store on its own. Every product takes 30 seconds to load before you can even put something in your cart. I’m going to try to never use this app again.chickengugg
The app is slow
I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it still takes forever and it doesn’t tell you when you can’t go through to something. It just lets you press continue over and over again. Like it s going to do something. But all it does it disappoint.DUMBA$$ APP I I STG
Can’t delete items from cart in mobile app
I would give this app a higher rating but I made the mistake of putting a bunch of stuff in my cart that I wanted to see how much it would cost. And because the way the designers apt the delete button is always covered by an ad or won’t scroll down so I am unable to delete anything out of my cart. So online ordering is an impossibility for me at the moment. Fix this pleaseihateyoou
App never works
This app is horrible. It doesn’t let you delete items in your cart that you find out are unavailable even when advertised. The view of the cart is cutoff at bottom and doesn’t scroll down so you can see to remove items. Also, as others mention nothing is ever in stock, and shipping prices are outrageous!cramerdcss
Hasn’t been working for months
Most products say zero dollars and then say “whoops, something went wrong” when I try to add to bag. If the product is out of stock it should say so but it’s very confusing. Stock is different on the website but I can’t select in store pick up on the website so no matter what I have to shop in store with how inconsistent everything has been for a long time.Kskouse23
Issues (error on website to contact)
CSFR Issue comes up when I submit anything On the website. Issues are unable to order online, no pricing and unable to select the correct store as well as update address and phone number.Patrick Kellett
