Better app than before

Frustrating
Almost a week later and items are just now being cancelled for not having them in stock. The three items that I have received shipped separately days apart. At this point I could’ve gone to the store and found items to replace what they don’t have…this app does not make shopping easier78864(
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work, all I can do is look. Once I try to add it to my cart it says whoops something is wrong. When I try to use the web page it will let me add it to my cart but then it wont let me view my cart. Serious y’all make enough money there is NO REASON why you can make an app and website that work.Hoehn12
It’s ok. Miss having appointment book
Since the update, login is alright and browsing through the app is fine too. I just miss having the appointment book. I had my clients’ info and notes in there. Was able to put my client’s appointments in there. Now having to start all over and use another app. Mostly disappointed about the appointment book being gone.Lulunc59
Same Day Order
Ordering through the app and receiving same-day delivery is lovely and so convenient…Usually! However today, I ordered four items and only received two. A difference of 75$ charge to $24 that’s not showing in my bank account. The worst part is I was really counting on one of the colors for a client.hollylucassalon
“WINDOW SHOPPING ONLY”
The app would be wonderful if I actually could do any shopping! I didn’t download the app just to scroll and look at products. All my information is up to date, my card, my license etc…..
When I try to put anything in my cart I get an error saying: WHOOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG! Then when I was able to get something into my cart it won’t let me go to the cart!!!!LMPZJP
New App Look is a Moment
The new app has incredible improvements! Besides the marketing going up, the way everything is arranged is beyond beautiful. The app runs smoother, has a cleaner look, and is overall more efficient! As always, love the prices too!!_Yen-
Doesn’t work
This app hasn’t worked since I got it. I have downloaded it and re installed every time I need to use it and it never works. Any time I ask an employee about it they says EVERYONE complains about. It sure is taking a long time for it to work after it came out. It’s really inconvenient to have to use the browsers to shop the website. Please get it fixed or we will all just go shop at salon centric.shelbylee96
Does NOT WORK!
Still now even months after the new app has been released, at first it did not work so I kept using the old one since I had no other choice! Now they’ve taken the old one away completely with this new one plus an update-has NOT WORKED since the day it’s been released. I can no longer shop on my Cosmoprof app anymore! Thanks Cosmoprof! For NOTHING! Guess I’ll be ordering my supplies elsewhere at this point.NadineMichelle
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t even work. I’ll go to log in and nothing really happens. it comes up with a blank screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and same thing happens. Honestly if you have to shop on cosmoprof just order on their website. Why waste your time with this dumb appchickaaa<3
