Worked fine up until three months ago

I have been using this DirectExpress app since the prior one went out of date and refused to work. For three months now it’s been popping up with unable to verify account please call the customer help line for help. I have updated this and it’s honestly a waste of time. I have looked into the other one that’s in the App Store at the moment but because my card doesn’t end and that number I can’t use it. why have apps if you can’t even access your information. I can’t even update the password without it popping up like that. disappointment at its finest. Don’t even bother with this just call the number on the back of the card it’s not as easy but at least you can access to find out how much you’ve got. If you need a transaction list go to the website. It’s not as easy as the app but at least it works

Poor customer service

Received new card had new number from old card when I tried to activate the said my information was not valid I’ve been with direct express for 10!years same information. Has to be an typo on the system could never reach a customer service agent to confirm problems

Ok it’s very convenient and a necessary good to combat evil, this card has save my life many of times, causing my closes friends to not take advantage of me, when those periods of confusion, and the absence of sanity over takes my mind thank god I have this card that allows me to maintain the strength and convection to carry on and assist my fellow man on this journey call life.

Does anyone know what the anonymous data in the

Settings are for .?? Two days ago I went to check my card to see what was on it and I notice my card and account was hacked into … in all the way in Sacramento ca and someone aaa able to take money off my card all the way in Santa Ana CA which is all the way in LA … idk how they did it without my actual card but they did it . I don’t feel safe using this app anymore I’ve never had these issues with the old app .. thank god I was able to get most of my money off there for my car note and car insurance and phone bill .. can someone tell me if you’ve had the same thing happen or tell me what the anonymous data is for

4.7 woe really hmm

Wait till ya have nightmare it will become your worse nightmare ever for two months I wait because of a follow up in the direct express for I had gone through 4 card one I lost and they others I didn’t get any money what’s so ever and I’m on social security and so only one card I had worked but only in part had to get another card and when it arrived we’ll because of theyothers I had and no money it was finally that i got paid for two months and now I can’t log in what’s so ever on the new card it won’t let me why I don’t know all I know is that I can’t see my account I can call to find out but can not log in at all I give a zero if it had one but one will do stars not got 2 cards instead of one

Fingerprint not working since the new app was installed

I had no trouble with the old app.
Ever since they suggested the new app, my husband and I have had nothing but trouble.
We spent many months being told we had to switch but each time we tried it stated that it was not available in my area.
Now, it keeps saying if you want to use your fingerprint tap “turn on”. When I do it says error, please put your password in and hit save. I have tried this many times but nothing changes.
Please please go back to the old app.

Direct Express

It’s easy to use and great layout and it’s so easy to sign back into your account when you get a new device. Direct Express is the best card and app when it comes to debit cards and purpose and points of view. I love how they are so people specific instead of apart of the economic social normal way of life. It’s the best way to think, see and the only thing you have to worry about is keeping to your own way and loving your life. Politics are not for forcing people to do act and say the same things you do. Politics are for doing things for other people and the world and your life getting something done making money making a living forming a nation with opinions and spreading it around to continue circulation of people life and social stuff to help the president and the White House do their stuff for the country and doing things for yourself with your own opinions and helping the president with sociologistics. Anyway Direct Express is the best app and card for all that stuff and it’s definitely for the people (:

Can't even use the app!

I have an account on the website (which loads INCREDIBLY SLOW, and sometimes just straight up crashes), so I figured I could use the app. Entered in the information I use for the website, and... it says it's invalid. So I tried making a new account, manage to use a password filling out all the characteristics they require and... it still tells me my password is invalid when I go to confirm it. It's literally impossible to get into the app to use it when I keep getting stopped by errors everywhere. I've tried 3 times to make an account with the perfect password, but every time I get to the confirm, I get an error about the password being invalid, EVEN THOUGH IT TOLD ME MY PASSWORD HAS THE RIGHT CHARACTERISTICS! GREAT APP, BTW! TOO BAD I CAN'T USE IT!

Not as good as the old app.

I would much rather have kept the older app as it worked much better! Since day one of installing this App I’ve had nothing but trouble with it! It’s always super laggy if I’m lucky enough for it to even allow me to simply log in. It gives errors all the time that are false, such as telling me my card isn’t valid!
Seems this app is full of bugs and it needs fixed!
Before anyone says anything, I have deleted & reinstalled it multiple times to no avail.
I have gotten a new phone and it is still doing the same thing!

Amazing Changes

Its pretty impressive how advanced DirectExpress has become. Unless changing your address, You are also fully in charge. I Love that! Being able to log-in and directly handle my own affairs is Simple stuff. However, when I need to speak to someone, I really need to speak to someone. Maybe if we could set an appointment on our online accounts, that allow Customer support to directly contact the Customer at a set time, all thar impatience is set aside, allowing Customer service to run somewhat smoother for all parties. I stopped giving perfect scores through lock-downs, because we’re Human, working along side Technological support. Four is pretty close. Patience is key. Many of the reps are over worked as is, your own experience runs much smoother when you’re Kind! 😊
