Can’t sign in

I just set up my account and can log - but not through this app :(
Now locked out of my account because of trying to log in many times 😤

Won’t Recognize Log info

Tried several times to log into app. Same information that works on the web site doesn’t work on the app.

Pricing

Pricing is inaccurate. A reminder should be adding that the pricing assumes the deductible has been met. If not, add the deductible to the drug cost. Does not match drug costs on Wellcare website. Wellcare website adds the deductible ( if not met) to the drug cost.

Not Ready for Prime Time

Version 1.9 released 10/22.

New WellCare member but a retired IT geek so I understand better than some. I read some the recent reviews and thought I would still give it a try.

Logging in was successful as I had already established a profile via the web.

After logging into the app, the first think that I tried to do was a Pharmacy Finder. I have my app (and all apps) to ask for permission to use my location only while using the app. Upon launching the “Pharmacy Finder”, the application tells me “No results found”. Obviously not ver helpful!!!

I do not have any meds loaded to WellCare so I’m not able to do much more.

Useless App!

This useless App can’t even do one simple thing right, which is to allow its users to download their ID card into their Wallet in an eligible form! The downloaded ID Card is miniature (1/8th the size of what it should be)! Unbelievable!

Poor attempt

Unable to register my info not found. In this day and age, when there are so many examples of perfectly functional apps why would you launch an inferior app? Don’t waste your time on this one quite yet.

Poor Call Service Agent Name Shayla or Shay

Today at 1:43pm cst Asked for help to acquire my members benefits or specific questions; she is always unwilling to do her job and always passing workload to other workers.

I don’t have a caseworker but I have had enough poor lackadaisical customer as this person. I am glad open enrollment is happening now!

Can’t register

I downloaded app but there is no way to register! It only shows user name and password to fill out but I don’t have those yet! I need to register!

Not working

I have my WellCare online account created on my pc, but I can’t login on this iPhone app with the same user id and password. I called in WellCare for tech support, and it turned out that there were many people reported the same problem.
