    It keeps having the red dot on the app on my Home Screen (iPhone) that I have 10 unread notifications. And I explore the entirety of all the app’s features and notifications within the messages and other features. Everything is read and opened but yet it continues to say 10 unread notifications. I uninstalled the app and tried everything I could to no avail. This app is completely frustrating.

  • Crashes

    Constantly says there’s a third-party on the line when there isn’t any and disconnects the phone call, then wants to charge a connect fee when you have to call back. Currently the app won’t even show my account so I can’t see text messages or send them. California inmates should not even have to pay for communication and it’s insane because this is military, we have to pay for it.

  • No Help at all

    I don't understand customer service. Very unhelpful. I scheduled a visit within the 24-hour time frame required. I received my email approval and the link to verify the off-site visit, as well as instructions for the day of the visit. I clicked the link to confirm, and it took me to the dashboard. On the day of the call, I logged on, and it said pending approval. Why is it pending if it was approved via email 24 hours before? I could not enter the visit. All I could do was make another visit. I emailed customer service and explained my situation. I sent the email I received and the resident info. The rep, Iesha, kept telling me to do what I had already done. Never addressing why the actual dash board for the call did not match the email confirmation. So I take it no one can tell me how to actually connect to the video call and why the email says approved but the dashboard says pending approval. Wasteful and sad that no one understands the app created or how to fix it.

  • The App is TRASH

    Despite all the other reviews saying the app is trash I can vouch for everyone else who is saying exactly how I feel. I wish we could use the web browser to text and video chat and upload photos and videos as well. The app unexpectedly logs you out. Continuously makes you verify your billing account and the video chat feature is horrible . I’m constantly calling customer service who can’t do a darn thing about the way the app is working besides tell me they’ll get my ticket over to tech support.

    You all have been very king to my son. In a real world David would never have done this. He is very scared. And please watch him close. My mom desperately need hhim home to Tate care of her and my handicapped brother. She’s really sick with cancer. I won’t go on just pleas know

  • Slow app

    It always kicks me out makes me sign 100 times then makes me verfiy my account over and over Again. Messaging is slow and delayed
  • Disappointment

    Honestly I thought this was a easier way to communicate with my husband instead of using the website. Every time there’s always a error server and logs me out of my account. What’s the point of making a app and not knowing how to fix it or make it better. Probably the worst app I have ever used.
  • Terrible but what can you do?

    First of all the app logged me out all the time. Won’t let me send pictures. I will get a notification of message sent to me. Will have to open the app three or four times before I can read. The message does not save any of your login information. Can’t use Apple Pay. The list goes on and on.
  • Crap…. Worse App ever

    I pay for this crap…… closes down at random times while I’m typing. Half messages won’t go through. Video calls are horrible. Can’t hear half of what’s being said on video calls.
  • Bad since update

    The new update was supposed to fix bugs?! It caused more. Almost every time I have to sign in which is super annoying and it glitches and have to force shut it down. So much worse after update
