Sluggish and Inefficient
It’s slow to use and if you have to go to a different app or a different part of your phone to do something you have to sign on again and it keeps on taking out my information and I have to put it in again. I’m on my 4th attempt now.Frances20000
Great app
I have used this app for years as well on Palm then Windows 6 now iPhone. It has continued to improve except the latest one locks every time you exit it - this should be configurable to 5 mins 10 mind etc. The synchronisation with in my case a PC laptop running XP and a desktop running WINDOWS 7 is perfect over WiFi.
Update - no specific problems other than titles to sections change randomly and icons disappear!Show lessLondonchap
ANOTHER bug and it’s a crasher
This is the second bug I’ve found in this app recently and it’ll crash the app every time, on both iOS 14 and iOS 15 devices. I haven’t tried it on iOS 16 yet because I don’t run that iOS.
Try sorting your SplashID records by Category or by Type: kablooey! Any other sorting is safe.
It’s inexcusable to have a severe bug like this so late in the product cycle for an indispensable app like this. I’m surprised I didn’t find it sooner. I don’t have high hopes for what’s coming in the next major revision, particularly the pricing plan. But the presence of a crasher bug suggests quality is taking a back seat already.Show lessMaxAgHammer
Classic Password App
Used this app back when Palm had their handhelds it was great back then. Unfortunately when you download the iOS app to try it out you can’t. A pop up appears asking for full payment. That’s it. Besides the developer wants top dollar similar to some of the more popular & well respected password managers that you can try free. Along with no FaceID to login there’s no way you’ll get anybody’s money.Show lessStugots3007
Still a happy customer after many years
There has been the odd glitch or two in that time but tech support has always been quick and concise with the answers.
I've used on iOS windows and Mac. Currently only using iOS and Mac just because I don't have to use windows any more but so far they've always kept up with new releases of the OS's.Show lessJoeintheUK

Has issues - randomly loses passwords
I have been using this program for 5 years and most of the time it works as advertised but over the years the one major issue that I have had, usually around updates I randomly lose passwords. Don’t understand what happens. I do share it with one other family member. When I just upgraded to 8.3.6 the same thing happened, I randomly lost passwords. As well all know it is really hard to get them back. I don’t know what is happening to make this happen but I am trying a new password keeper as a backup since this is unreliable. I have used it for a while but having trust issues right now.Show lessPabear52
Does what it is supposed to do
As a long time user (7+ years) with a lifetime subscription, this app does what it sets out to do. It has evolved with time and technology.oz-canuck
Very poor support
I licked myself out trying to setup a MacBook. After 3 attempts at emailing them to unlock my account (over 24hours ago) still nothing. Total silence and still locked out.
Can’t depend on this product if you really need to use it.
I purchased 2 licenses (for me and my wife). If I could get a refund I would ask for it.

Outstanding Service
Best service I have ever received from a service provider or subscription provider. Always same day service and always going above and beyond the call of duty.
Lots of providers have great apps but try contacting them if you have a problem - sometimes impossible.
