Awful app. Constantly crashing or getting stuck on a page and having to close down the entire app to start again. Sort this app out, it is not even fit for use.Charlotteyyy

Let down at log-in
I can’t even sign in to the app because the app only allows you to enter a numerical customer ID, whereas mine is alphabetical. Ridiculous!NDuffy_

Can’t use as my customer no. has alpha characters. Options to fix are to load card details plus DOB. No thanks!Neecydeecy
Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing and showing a white screen, having to continuously delete and reinstall for the App Store.gdujvv
Very Flexible App
I too was surprised to see several negative comments. I use my app in N as I maintain an Australian account for our winter sojourns over there. I requested a contact phone number from the bank in Maroochydore who were happy to give me one that I could access from NZ. As regards passwords, surely it is safer to have a separate one for banking anyway, so it should be no problem to change it. I find the app so easy to navigate & very clear to follow when arranging payments, transfers etc.Show lessdomesticgod

This would be very handy to add and bank fee charges from other countries when sending money.Maoridame

Seriously. A banking app that will only accept a 6 digit password consisting of only numbers and letters. That can be hacked in minutes. You. Cannot. Be. Serious.bernmc

The White Screen of Nirvana
Having tried this app a couple of times recently; it continues to crash the phone. Either the Apple updates of late are not compatible with the app or vice-versa or perhaps both. The app used to work fine!
